Welcome to "La Plaine" a haven of peace 10 minutes from Caen. Located in the middle of the wheat and linen fields, "La Plaine" promises you calm and rest. The accommodation includes a living-dining room, a bedroom with a bathroom, a separate toilet and a kitchenette open to a private terrace. The place is designed to provide a peaceful and stylish atmosphere. Accommodation adjoining our house, created by us, Marine and Matthieu, this charming space is ideal for a stay.

In the historic heart of Caen, next to the town hall and the Abbey of Men, fully renovated old apartment of 65 m2, bright ground floor overlooking courtyard and garden, including a fully equipped open kitchen, living room with sofa bed, double bed bedroom, bathroom with shower and bathtub. A south-facing terrace overlooking a sunny enclosed garden, parking possible in the courtyard. Television, Wi-Fi, ironing board and iron, hair dryer, towels and bed linen provided.

Accommodation with independent access to the house, private bathroom, toilet and small kitchenette for a peaceful stay next to the DDAY beaches Sofa bed with Simmons mattress 160*200 and 15 cm thick for a stay with better comfort. Kitchen with basic elements (coffee maker, kettle, induction cooktop, microwave...) I live in the next house and am available if needed

"Between Land and Sea", you will enjoy a new cozy F2, independent in a wooden house with the individual. We live in a corner of Normandy where calm reigns. Ideally located, 10 minutes from the Caen Memorial and 15 minutes from the beach, you will have city buses and quality shops. The accommodation has a private entrance, and a separate terrace. It can accommodate up to 4 people. We live nearby and can provide other amenities.

Its big plus: Carpiquet Airport is a 2-minute drive or bus ride away. No noise.
