A perfect villa for a peaceful getaway in the sun. Lovely outdoor space and comfortable accommodation. It’s a short walk to the shops and about a 20 min walk to the beach and the old town.

We had a great short stay and enjoyed our time here. We really liked the vibe and and the lovely views from the terrace The walk into town is also really nice offering great views. We can recommend.

The location is perfect for exploring the old town and the new. Beautiful apartment with comfortable beds, spotlessly clean. We met Alvaro and family at checkin for a thorough handover, they provided recommendations for places to visit and eat, which we tried and they didn't disappoint. Would love to visit again and would recommend the apartment to friends and family. Thank you Alvaro, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic stay! We had an incredible time with the family. Ideal for going with children for the convenience of being literally right on the beach. A very nice, practical house with wonderful views. Everything is easy and simple with Manuela, very kind. We'll try to come back for sure!

Beautiful accommodation

Describing this accommodation in one word would be spectacular, the best view we've had of all the places we've been, the apartment is more beautiful than what you see in photos and the views are the plus, plus Alex is an excellent host, attentive and always available, I'd love to return to this apartment, again thank you very much Alex for the experience and entrusting us with your apartment.

The villa was breathtakingly beautiful. Beyond our expectations. The staff ( Diego and Jorge) were very accommodating and professional. They made us feel at home. The staff responded quickly to any inquires. The location was perfect, close to many restaurants , stores and other interesting locations. The villa was well equipped and comfortable. Absolutely recommended!! Were immediately warmly welcomed and everything was explained. Super nice place where we immediately felt at home. Everything very clean and nicely designed. Check-in and check-out were hassle-free. We even got tips on where to eat. Amenities were perfect. You have everything you need. The owner also got us snacks and drinks on arrival. We will be happy to come back.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The location is absolutely perfect — just a short walk to the beach and close to everything you could possibly need: restaurants, bars, supermarkets, and more. The apartment is perfect for a beach break. The views are unbeatable and the apartment is comfortable. We liked the detail of the hairdryer with diffuser, bathroom products and detergent available to use the washing machine. Our hosts were super nice, they have always been attentive and answered us almost immediately. There is a super nearby playita also that you can take a route through the villages in the area as it is close to everything. Highly recommended.

The house is very nice, definitely worth it! A car is definitely an advantage, as it is located on a mountain, but you have fantastic views! Hugues responds quickly and clearly to messages and questions, that was great. Thanks Hugues

This designer house has a special charm! We enjoyed our morning coffee on the veranda, taking in the stunning views of the garden and the sea. We especially loved the seamless indoor-outdoor living—the connection to the garden and pool area made the entire space feel open and inviting. Even when sitting inside, it felt as we were still part of the outdoors. The host and staff truly enhanced our experience. They were incredibly friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. A small issue with the sink was resolved within a few hours.

Picture's don't do it justice! just back from a glorious week in Jàvea. perfect for our family which was my partner, myself, eldest daughter (25) her boyfriend, youngest daughter 19 and son 18. The accommodation lay out was perfect with plenty of space, including a huge open plan kitchen (very well equipped) and dining room which was more than big enough to accommodate us all. great outdoor seating areas catching the sun most of the day. pool was great and plenty of loungers/seating. very quiet location and great view's. plenty of local bars/restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance and we found plenty to do within a short drive. need to travel to find good beaches. Julie was great,very helpful and excellent communication. A water leak caused us to loose the water supply one evening but very promptly sorted and great communication regarding the issue. as stated in a previous review take extra towels for the pool as only 1 per person provied. 100% recommend

Wonderful stay for 7 nights. The casa was beautiful with amazing views, our family of 4 felt at home for the week. Serge & Wampie were wonderful hosts, great communicators and very accommodating, they could not have been better hosts. They gave amazing tips for local restaurants for the family, places to go and see and where to go for local shops. The area had amazing views, a car is a must if you have kids. The home had beautiful gardens and an amazing bbq area. Our stay was so peaceful and relaxing. We cant wait to go back!

Amazing views from the balcony made the spot perfect for a relaxing morning and afternoon in the sun ☀️. While the location is roadside (back of apartment where bedrooms are) there is little noise from it to disturb you and the benefits of being high up on the top floor with far reaching views far outweigh any negatives. Walkable a few mins in both directions east and west are great restaurants and bars. Very relaxing beachside location and Moraira had all amenities you could need.

An absolute gem in the heart of Jávea Port - unbeatable sunrise views to wake up to everyday, and the apartment itself is gorgeous. Located above lots of great restaurants & short walk to supermarkets, however you still feel tucked away in your own little sanctuary. Absolutely loved my stay & will definitely be back ☺️ Inge was a perfect host, as flexible as possible with check in/ check out & very helpful with recommendations - thanks again!

Lovely apartment on the sea front in Altea. Stunning views of the sea and beach area. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay and was decorated beautifully. The balcony was large so we felt we had plenty of room. The location is great, a couple of mins walk to the team and less than 10 mins to the pretty old town. There is parking all along the beach front, you can't guarantee a space right away but we usually found one within a few mins.

The house is in a beautiful location with a stunning view. The stylish design is detailed and so beautiful. Contact with Damian was friendly and flexible with check in. It is highly recommended, we would like to come back!

Perfect location with direct sea view from the balcony. Everything in Moreira is within walking distance. Parking nearby, at least during my stay, was not a problem. Practical, but simple furnishings.

Perfect position at the end of the main street and overlooking the seaside promenade. The apartment had everything we needed, was very well stocked with useful items and the communication was excellent. Would absolutely recommend for anyone staying in Calpe.

Michael and Sabrina are excellent hosts and the apartment is comfortable and well appointed with a beautiful view over the marina.
