Beachfront holiday rental in Cala Fornells

We had a fantastic stay and would absolutely recommend this Airbnb! Elsa was a wonderful host—friendly, flexible, and incredibly thoughtful. She even made us a delicious paella during our stay. I had mentioned needing reliable internet for remote work, and Elsa went out of her way to get a new router installed. The connection was fast and consistent the entire time. The beds were very comfortable, and the room gets perfectly dark at night—ideal for my partner who’s a light sleeper. While there is some road noise outside that slightly detracts from the otherwise lovely backyard, the house itself is completely silent when the windows are closed. It's worth noting that the second bedroom is separated by a folding wall rather than a solid one. Having a car is recommended. Beautiful beaches are a 5–10 minute drive away, and the town of Santanyí is 12 minutes by car. Free street parking is available. A truly relaxing and memorable experience. Thank you, Elsa!

Everything was very good. We had a problem with the washing machine, Miguel was pending at all times until the problem was resolved. The house is very nice, beautiful view. Highly recommended

This was a perfect base for a family vacation on Mallorca. Antonia was a lovely host and very responsive. The house has everything you could need, including bikes and beach toys to borrow.

Lovely neighborhood. And wonderful base for exploring north side of the island. Restaurant tips were great, too. We would happily stay there again.

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. Carmen was incredibly responsive, kind, and always available whenever we had a question. The apartment was spotlessly clean and clearly well taken care of. We especially appreciated the high-quality furnishings and thoughtful touches – from fresh fruit and cold water in the fridge to the fully equipped kitchen and the nice small things like the cacti in the batbroom . The location is ideal: just a short 5-minute walk to the beach and close to everything you need, yet still peaceful and quiet at night. It’s rare to find a place that combines style, comfort, and practicality so well. We felt completely at home from the first minute and would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and high-standard stay. We stayed in Alcudia for the spring break and absolutely loved it! Josep’s apartment is beautifully located, beach front with stunning views on the turquoise sea and white sand beach. We enjoyed the sunrise every morning! Josep was a lovely host, very proactive, helpful and flexible. He offered tips, clear instructions with pictures and provided recommendations proactively including updates (for ex. on closed roads during the recent bike race that helped us with planning). The apartment was very well equipped from cooking spices to dishwasher and laundry detergents, sponges, etc. Two bathrooms made it super easy for a family of 4 and the bedrooms, although small, were peaceful and quiet with very comfortable beds. Very clean. Everything was is a great condition and working flawlessly. The location is incredible, a stone throw away from gorgeous beach but also supermarkets. The sunny mornings on the terrace will stay in our memories for a long time. Thank you!

Great place to stay. Big and a lovely garden area. Can easily walk to restaurants etc. beach right across the road (stone beach) but a sand beach a few 100m up the road with nice kids playgrounds etc too. Seems to be a cycling Mecca with lots and lots of riders coming past the house along the beach road - was quite fun people watching. Would happily recommend this place to others :)

We had a wonderful time at the house - everything was very clean and as described. The size is perfect for 4 people. The pool is exceptionally clean and very refreshing! Cati is a great and charming host. We would love to come back!

This stay was awesome! The environment of the homestay is very cozy and comfortable, the room is clean and tidy, the decor is very stylish, and you can feel the host's attention to detail everywhere. The location is also very convenient, surrounded by many food and attractions, and very easy to get around. The host was very welcoming and provided a lot of thoughtful advice and help to make our trip smoother. Sitting on the balcony at night, feeling the wind, it feels very relaxed, just like being at home.

This was a VERY special place! The house is beautifully situated on the coastline and the views and outdoor spaces couldn't be more spectacular and relaxing. We were a family of 5 adults (30 years+). Everyone had their space to spread out and we were also able to be together. Though there is a beach right down the road, we felt no need to go there. If you are looking to be close to Palma, however, this might not be the location for you. We were there after the height of the season and it was quiet (which is what we were looking for). The drive to Palma was about an hour.

Sure—here’s a smoother version with a natural flow: One of our favorite stays anywhere. This place was perfect for our family to unplug and soak in the beauty of Deia. The host was incredibly responsive, helpful, and warm—quick to answer any questions we had. The walk down to the sea was stunning—rocky terrain but manageable and well worth it. Great access to hiking, with beautiful animals nearby and peaceful surroundings. Just a quick drive into Deia, and not far from Soller and Port de Soller either. Five stars doesn’t feel like enough!

Modern, bright, generously sized house. The private pool is a real highlight! A sandy beach is a few minutes walk away and also a few hidden coves with turquoise waters can be reached with a walk. An absolute recommendation is also the Dragon Caves in Porto Cristo (best to book a timeslot beforehand). The downside is the garbage collection that everyone (!) Day around 1 am and 7 in the morning the containers located in front of the house empty...

The location is hard to match: next to the beach and the pool. The large terrace and the two bathrooms are also an asset. Everything within walking distance (shop, restaurant). Super smooth communication with the host. Recommended!

This villa is gorgeous! The house has everything you want in a vacation home- good sized living room for large groups, views are beautiful, pool, pool table and other games. Very spacious for our group of 7. We came in town for a wedding and had friends staying in Deià and Palma. It was very tedious to leave every day to see them. The drive to the house is long and winding- only two in our group felt comfortable driving. The area also does not have much for walking around, shopping, restaurants. Would definitely recommend if you are planning on staying at your house on this vacation, but if you are planning on sightseeing or wanting more city life, would recommend staying somewhere in Deia or Palma.

Truly special home, exactly as pictured. Hill is steep and you’ll appreciate your step count! Remote and peaceful…it was a perfect spot for our family (of adults) to connect and explore. Host - Titi, was super responsive, can only say good things about this dreamy place to escape!

An absolute dream right by the sea! The house was just perfect – with a breathtaking view directly of the sea, which we enjoyed every morning and evening from the terrace. Three bedrooms, the living room and the kitchen also have sea views. The furnishings leave nothing to be desired – everything was super clean, high-quality and thoughtfully furnished. The cave in the cellar, which leads to a direct access to the sea, is also unique. From there, we went out to sea a few times by canoe or stand-up paddle (which Roman provided free of charge!). I would especially like to highlight Roman as a host: extremely helpful, warm and with great tips for restaurants and excursions that really enriched our stay. We felt completely comfortable from the first moment and would come back any time.

We had a great time in this very clean apartment. The panoramic view is fantastic and the apartment is really as in the photos. The location is perfect, the amenities incl. The washing machine and dryer are wonderful and the beds are very comfortable. The fresh scent of the bed linen and towels was another plus. We would recommend this apartment to everyone and would be happy to come back.

The villa was amazing, with incredible view over the bay. Everything was as described in the offer; well equipped; very clean; the beds were super comfy. The host was very proactive, sending lots of information about the house, neighbourhood and Mallorca overall. We really recommend this place. Thank you!

Very cool house in the lovely town of Portocolom. There is a lot of space, multiple bathrooms, and a large beautiful courtyard and roof top. This home is fully air-conditioned and walkable to tons of restaurants and the beach. This was our first visit to Mallorca, and we ended up really enjoying Portocolom. Friendly town with lots to do, close to fabulous beaches and activities, but not overcrowded. Parking was easy too. We had a great visit!

We stayed 3 days. Absolutely the best view I’ve ever had on vacation. The photos are beautiful but they don’t even come close to showing how amazing the view is of the water, boats, town, mountains and even Sóller in the distance. I spent much of the trip just sitting on the decks and looking at everything, snacking and sketching. Loved everything from the “guest” cat on the deck to watching a photoshoot on a yacht in the bay in front of the house. We rented only the first floor but was spacious enough for four of us with one extra bedroom used to store our luggage. We walked into town each day which is a few minutes down a road (no sidewalk) and the view is amazing along the road. Walk wasn’t too strenuous for those of us who aren’t in great shape but might be a bit much for the elderly. We ate in town once and at the small restaurant just below the house. Both meals were great. I can’t stress enough how great Can Biri is and how informative, friendly and helpful the hosts were.

It was a pleasure to stay at Toni‘s place. Everything was fine and he helped us during our stay when we need support from someone local. Furthermore he is super friendly and reacts quickly to messages. Location is great, next to a small charming beach and not far away from a bigger one. We are sad to leave but will be back for sure!
