Villa holiday rentals in Cala Gonone

The house was clean and beautifully renovated, boasting modern amenities while maintaining a traditional feel. It was very quiet and relaxing, conveniently located within walking distance to the beach. One of my favorite aspects was enjoying my morning coffee on the balcony while watching the sunrise. The host was very helpful and responded promptly to all of our questions and requests. It is important for future guests to know that the house is shared. During our stay, the lower level of the house was booked by other guests. We had access to the ground level and the second level of the house and we occasionally met the other guests in the garden area.

We had a great time in Sardinia. We loved the location of the house, close to the beach but also the mountain. The house is located in a quiet but very well connected area, close to roads with which you can quickly access the other villages. The terrace of the house is wonderful, perfect for morning coffee with a wonderful view. Sergio was always very kind and responded quickly to our questions. Definitely a place to go back and recommend!

The house is big and well furnished. You can find everything you need for your stay. It is a pitty that there is no garden and you see just scrubby bilding from the terrace. But you can reach the beach by foot and restaurants in Posada as well. The car can be parked directly on front of the house. We spent very nice vacation here. Thanks.

Mario’s place was peaceful and comfortable. The grounds were filled with beautiful olive trees and flowers. The beach is within walking distance and is so clean and pretty. Looking forward to returning already!

What a beautiful home in a beautiful town right on the beach! We really enjoyed our stay and wish we could have stayed longer. Beds were comfortable and the extra blankets provided helped when it was freezing outside. We had an issue with the propane but they came out right away to fix it. Our only complaint is that it was missing basics for cooking. No salt and pepper or oil. Only 2 toilet paper rolls for 5 people. Only 2 coffee pods for our entire stay. Other than that we enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider this home again next time we are in Sardinia.

Ivano is a very friendly and accommodating host. He gave us many tips for discovering the area. The accommodation has a beautiful sea view and is close to several very beautiful beaches. The amenities are very good and we felt very comfortable in Ivanos' house. We will be happy to come back. 😊

We had a wonderful time in this house with beautiful views and equipped with every comfort. Close to beautiful bays and beaches and lots of activities. In April/May it is still nice and quiet with a pleasant temperature.

The most special thing about the apartment its location. It’s a very short walk to several beautiful beaches, with gorgeous coves and cafes under the pine trees. The apartment was just what we needed and happily housed our family of 5. Thank you to Virginio for being so helpful and accommodating.

Very nice, modern and large house. It was all very clean. The kitchen is partly a little sparsely furnished but okay. The garden and seating area is rather small, but practical. The location is quiet, on the outskirts of town and close to the sea. Marco is responsive and stationed right across the street. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay.

One of our favourite and most relaxing holidays ever! Edoardo was helpful and communicated promptly before and during our stay. We loved Calla Gonone, a perfect town for a self catering beach holiday. It was fantastic being right on the sea front and having a view of the beautiful beach and coast. Everything we needed was close by - beaches, bars, restaurants, supermarkets and other shops. We took a boat trip to the beautiful beach at Calla Luna, which should not be missed. The ice cream shop next door sold the most delicious ice cream. The property is above a restaurant which concerned us slightly before we arrived. Edoardo re-assured us that this would not be a problem. It wasn't a problem for us but it could be for someone who wants complete peace and quiet as the restaurant closed at midnight and music played until then. We loved being in a busy part of town watching what was going on while we relaxed, ate dinner etc. The property is very clean, the beds are comfortable and the bed linen and towels are of a high standard. Thank you for a brilliant holiday.

Antonio was a great host and had a beautiful home. His service and hospitality went above all expectations. Would definitely stay here again if I were to ever visit Arbatax in the future. He even went out of his way to give us a ride home from the beach one day as well as sent us tons of great recommendations. AC worked wonderfully for anyone concerned about that feature.

The house is located in a quiet area and very close to the beach. Furnished with care and equipped with every comfort... The icing on the cake, a swimming pool overlooking the sea! Lorenzo was very kind and helpful

We had an amazing 5 nights stay at Libeccio, with incredible outdoor pool & convenient outdoor shower to wash away the sandy beaches after tanning all day! The villa was clean and well equipped for any travellers needs. From the state of the art Samsung TV, two types of coffee machine and cute espresso cups to the comfortable swinging chair and lounger outside, the villa was an example of paradise, perfection and precise planning on behalf of the host, who, throughout the entirety of our stay was available for any questions or assistance. If we could live in the villa for the remainder of the year - or decade - we would. A great find in a great location. Perfecto! 💙

Marco was a great host. He arranged for a very late arrival for us with no problems. When there was an issue with the home that was beyond his control, he quickly offered us alternative accommodation that was exceptional. Wonderful host and would recommend booking any of his accommodations. Santa Maria was a great town with many restaurant options and the local beach was great as well.

The villa was beautiful and very spacious, the photos don’t do it justice, everything is very clean and well maintained including the pool. Great superking bed! Hosts were very friendly despite the language barrier, they even brought us some home made wine one evening when we were enjoying our dinner on the terrace which was excellent. The wifi is poor so if you are relying on internet/ working from home you will struggle, we had very little signal. Wouldn’t recommend if you are scared/ nervous of dogs, there are 4 chihuahuas, one is very friendly- they didn’t bother us as we are dog lovers but if you’re not a dog lover it’s best to be prepared. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Super nice hosts, a great house and a beautiful view. You're really on your own. However, we found the road that leads right past the house to be disruptive. Otherwise everything is great.

Great place to stay with great mountain view. It is a huge property with a lot of privacy! The owners come by once in the evening to water the plants and see if everything is okay. There are a lot of plants and fruits, figs, grapes, almonds... We will be happy to come back!
