Such a friendly host with lovely Spanish treats left for us, clean accommodation with everything needed for the stay The view is amazing and although you can hear the music till midnight the view and outdoor terrace make up for it such a great location to the beach for a swim or to restaurants and bars

Really great apartment, very quiet neighborhood and only 5min walk to the beach. Host provided great instructions and was extremely helpful with anything we needed (they replaced a broken sun parasol in the backyard within a couple hours on the weekend). Only one negative thing to note: the beds are a bit outdated and squeaky

We felt right at home. Having breakfast on the beautiful balcony in the morning was one of our highlights! Thanks to the fully equipped kitchen, you can easily cater for yourself. The beach umbrellas were also helpful. The location is great. In just a few meters, there is a supermarket, a bakery, restaurants and the beach incl. Diving school accessible. The residential complex is very nicely laid out, well maintained and quiet. We have now been to Iris for the second time and had another great vacation!

The apartment and location overlooking the beach was first class and exactly as described, the pictures didn’t do it justice. The apartment had everything you needed to make it home from home. Martina as host was brilliant, thoughtful very helpful and prompt with communication. All of this ensured myself and my family had a fantastic holiday, and thoroughly enjoyed the apartment, in particular the balcony and wide open views from the living room which were superb.

Fantastic view. We stayed at Malena's apartment for 1 week. We really enjoyed it, especially the fantastic views. Go to the Bslkon in the morning, hear the sound of the sea, just great. Malena even left us a package of coffee, so we had some in the morning. Thank you for that, but also for the immediate availability and your prompt response. The mattress was too hard for my son. Malena was in the house that weekend and brought us several blankets so he could sleep well. I'm just saying: location, location, location ... just amazing. We enjoyed the time very much. Thank you for everything.

This apartment is exactly how it’s described! The sea view is amazing and it was lovely waking up in the morning and watching the sunrise! It was our first time to Cala Millor and we will definitely be back.

We recently had a beautiful stay at Alexandra's place in Pollença. The property was so peaceful and private with beautiful surroundings. Alexandra was an incredible host. She was always quick to respond to any questions and went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. She provided some great recommendations for local restaurants and hikes, which we really enjoyed. If you're looking for a quiet retreat with an amazing, attentive host, I'd highly recommend staying at this place in Pollença. Thanks again Alex!

The apartment is wonderfully quiet and only a few minutes walk to the center with many restaurants, great vegetable shop, bars and a beach. On the other side you can walk directly to a beach through a grove in about 15 minutes. The apartment is equipped with everything you need. The two bathrooms are pure luxury. Only one vegetable peel was missing and the wifi does not reach into the back rooms, which was not a problem for us. Since the terrace is covered, you can sit outside even in rainy weather. The neighbors on the right are very nice and communicative. Parking was also no problem and check-in and check-out super easy. We had a great time and would stay there again anytime. Finka is located far from villages and cities, so I recommend it for those who value peace and quiet. You can really relax from the hustle and bustle of the city. A good starting point for the eastern part of Mallorca. One of the amenities worth mentioning is certainly the large swimming pool. Lidl and other stores are about 10 minutes away by car. Practical remarks: - Finka offers many cottages. Some have a mezzanine and a step in the living room. If you're traveling with a small child, ask for the one without the stairs. - in our house there was a coffee maker for powdered coffee - there are three bays near Finka. It is worth visiting the northernmost one. The road is behind the closed gate right next to the fence. Ask the owners for instructions.

Great communication with the agency. We received clear instructions on how to get there and also some recommendations on what to do in the surroundings. The apartment is lovely and close to the sea

We had a fantastic stay! The location is perfect – just a 20-minute walk to two beautiful beaches, and a grocery store only a 3-minute walk away. The apartment has direct access to the pool, which was a huge hit with the kids. Everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged. We truly enjoyed our time here and would happily come back. Highly recommended!

A very nice place with very good amenities and great hosts. The view of the sea and the pool is the highlight of the house. The path to the house is a bit tedious, as you have to use steep roads and the music from the surrounding hotel is sometimes a bit noisy. But we would come back again and again and had a great time!

We were very pleased and felt completely comfortable. Perfect for our plan to relax for a few days. We will be happy to come back.

The flat is centrally located in Capdepera. Through the roof terrace you have a beautiful view over the rooftops of the village, to the castle and you can even see the sea. Communication was excellent and I felt very comfortable from the beginning.

Michael and Vicky communicate quickly and kindly, and make sure everything is in order upon arrival and during your stay. The apartment has a great garden with a lovely swimming pool and is well located in relation to all kinds of beaches, the harbor, other villages. The apartment itself has everything you need for a pleasant stay! The only downside was that the mattress and pillows of the bed were a little too soft (but that is personal) and that the ventilation in the bathroom did not work super well (remained a little damp and musty after showering). But I would definitely recommend it and would love to come back!

INCREDIBLE LOCATION. We searched quite a bit to find the spot that was going to give us a relaxing atmosphere as well as access to restaurants & shops. This apartment is the perfect mix! Our boys (5 & 7) were easily able to walk to dinner each night but we were removed enough to make it feel relaxing when we wanted to go to bed. We loved the upper deck and hot tub! Keep in mind there are LOTS of stairs! The home could have had a few more amenities like cooking supplies (we like to cook our breakfast and at least a few meals in) and the kitchen was a bit small and lacking basic utensils and dishware, BUT it was not enough for me to not give this property a full 5 stars! I think that small addition would truly make this property perfect!) The host was wonderful and met us at 1am to check us in. Our flight in was so late and I felt awful for the late check in but she was so kind and promptly there for us when we arrived late with tired children. Great visit, Hope to come back one day!!

The three of us had six wonderful days in the apartment. Particularly noteworthy is the wonderful large terrace right on the beach. Taxi and bus almost at your doorstep, supermarkets as well. Everything we needed was there. We will be happy to come back. Thanks to David!

Matthias and Martin were available to us all the time. Communication on site went smoothly. Check-in was very flexible and straightforward. On-site parking was great. The kitchen was equipped as standard with spices and water. A washing machine and dryer were available on site for a small fee. Bathroom was very clean, towels were sufficiently provided on site. A third friend visited us in the meantime for a few days, and this was also no problem to clarify and organize. The pool and the outdoor facilities were awesome. Martin gave us numerous tips for restaurants in the village as well as trip and excursion destinations in Palma as well as in all directions on the island.

Our stay at Mirjam's was beyond expectations. Comfortable, perfectly equipped and with a splendid sea view. Exactly as shown in the description and photos. Mirjam was a great help with detailed information and useful advice. If we go back to Mallorca, we will certainly go back to Mirjam.

The apartment was very nice and spacious with everything required for a relaxed and comfortable stay. The kitchen was very well equipped. Communication with the host was very easy. The location was perfect. We would very highly recommend this place.

The apartment has beautiful views from the balcony and the bedroom window. Judy was very helpful and has good recommendations for locations nearby. The apartment is 2 minute walk uphill from the centre of the port. If you rent a car, free parking was a little difficult but still manageable with a short walk to nearby streets. We had a lovely stay, and would highly recommend :)
