House holiday rentals in Cala Sant Vicenç

Stunning house - the views are incredible. You are 5-10 mins from the central square but because of all the land around the house it feels lovely and isolated. We were there with a toddler. The house worked well for kids and the pool is fun. Because it’s on a hill there are quite a lot of layers / ledges. Little kids need to be watched! They were some toys and books which was great. The master bedroom is luxurious and romantic. Our second time in Fornalutx. Such a magical place. Highly recommend. Top tip: get a small hire!

We really enjoyed our stay in Kisten's beautiful house. The house was absolutely perfect for our group of 12 people and a small child. The garden with the pool area and the outdoor kitchen were the absolute best but the whole house is fantastic. Robbie, who looks after the house and garden, was nice and helpful and we are super happy with our trip.

Fabulous, luxurious and one of the best houses in Fornalutx!  We were lucky enough to stay in Jenny’s house in October when the weather was magnificent; the gorgeous bedrooms were perfect for the diverse range of family members who came to the valley for a big celebration, and the communal spaces were stacked full of entertainment for all, offering precious time together as well as essential time to chill as well.  The views are incredible, you are in the heart of the greenery of the mountains with endless walks, excellent restaurants and cafes a stroll away, and a brilliantly well stocked kitchen and welcome pack to tempt you to try all the local produce.  Thank you Jenny, we loved meeting you and plan to return to the Valley of the Oranges again soon!

Wonderful villa, responsive host and large pool. Stunning views and great location just outside Pollenca town. Just a short drive to fabulous local beaches.

Martina's villa in Pollensa was everything that was promised, topped with attentive service in all things we needed. On arrival we were greeted by a vase of fresh flowers on the patio table, and bottles of water and wine in the fridge. Everything was spotless. The location is perfect: just a few steps from all the restaurants, cafes and shops - yet very calm and private. The pool is surrounded by a garden, which, considering the location in the middle of the town, is quite large. The garden is lush (at least in mid June) with birds singing in the morning and evening. There were also two cocks and two chicken, who apparently live somewhere nearby, taking a daily stroll in the back of the garden. A handsome bunch, but also timid, so I couldn't get a proper picture despite trying many times. :) We had a car, but it's not necessary. Local buses take you to the beaches and there's a very handy local app (Mallorcab) for booking a taxi. We had the best week in Pollensa - Thank you Martina!

Our stay at Isra's house was fantastic—everything was as described and even better! The fully equipped kitchen, spacious living rooms, and plenty of bathrooms made it perfect for our group. Two rooms have air conditioning, and one has a powerful fan that worked great. The outdoor area is stunning - larger than the photos suggest - with a beautiful swimming pool and a charming pond. The BBQ setup was perfect for evenings. Being surrounded by nature added to the experience, though do be prepared for bugs and mosquitoes. A delightful surprise was the friendly cats and kittens that hung around, making our stay even more special. They aren’t part of the property but added a lovely touch and we loved sharing the house with them. Isra was an exceptional host, always easy to reach and quick to respond. I highly recommend Isra's house and would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at Andrea's place. The property is located in a quiet part of the island yet can still be reached quickly from the airport/Palma. The house is stunning – superbly appointed, charming, cozy and clean. The garden is beautiful, well maintained (and has a great view!). Andrea is an excellent host. She gave us great recommendations, always responded quickly and kindly to messages and was always helpful. We highly recommend this place, and will definitely be back!

I can’t say enough good things about Paco and his place. He went out of his way to make our family feel welcomed in Mallorca. It’s awesome sitting on the balcony and watching the sun set over Formentor.

A really great finca, we all enjoyed the 8 days and felt comfortable. The finca is perfectly located to quickly reach the huge beach of Can Picafort, but in a very quiet rural area. We can definitely recommend renting scooters, so you can easily explore the island and have a parking space everywhere. We definitely recommend the place!

We had a lovely week in Pollenca staying here. The Airbnb was spacious, clean and comfortable. The outdoor terraces were lovely, great views and was the perfect place to relax! Communications between the host were brilliant, super speedy and helpful! Would definitely recommend !

Chris was a great host and made our entire experience seamless. He was quick to respond to questions and solve any hiccups we had during our stay. The place itself was quiet and well suited for a week in Mallorca. We had everything we needed to prepare meals and enjoyed dining on the 3rd floor terrace. Chris’s place is centrally located which made it ideal for day trips around the island. It was especially easy to get into Palma, which is only 25 minutes away. Parking could prove challenging for guests used to driving North American roads. However, Chris provided a great list of alternative parking spaces within a short distance of the Airbnb. We found other spaces nearby which made parking even easier during our stay. Overall Chris’s place in Lloseta was thoughtfully put together and made our time in Mallorca memorable. Hope to be back soon!

Lovely well equipped villa which was spotlessly clean and beautifully presented inside and out. Lovely pool, bbq area and gardens in a peaceful location within walking distance to Pollensa and supermarkets. Sebastia was an excellent host who was contactable and dropped by a couple of times during our stay. One of the best Airbnb’s we’ve stayed at, highly recommended.

Me and my friend enjoyed our stay here. We needed to be in alaro for a training and this Airbnb was right down the street. Beautiful interior and easy check in with Susan. She was super lovely to chat with. Wonderful stay.

A hidden gem! We had such a wonderful stay and can’t wait to return.

we spent our honeymoon in the accommodation and were extremely satisfied with the location of the finca and the amenities. Upon arrival we were surprised with fresh fruit and a bottle of sparkling wine, very exceptional! We particularly liked the outdoor area, which was convincing with idyllic lounging and seating and was also very lovingly designed and well maintained. We spent a lot of time by the pool, which was the heart of the property and offers breathtaking views over large parts of the region. We would come back anytime and can fully recommend the place!

The stay was very nice. The house looked like the pictures, there were lots of orange and lemon trees on the grounds, from which we were allowed to make fresh juice every day. The view of the mountains is beautiful, especially from the pool you have a great view. It was in a quiet location and you had a lot of privacy. We were 6 adults and had also rented the casita, which meant that 2 people could share a bathroom, which worked well. There were plenty of towels and the kitchen was well equipped if you cooked for yourself, the fridge was huge, which was great given the temperatures. The road to the house is quite narrow so you should definitely take a small car and be an experienced driver, but I was told this in advance so we had a suitable hire car. The walk to Soller along the road takes about 25 minutes, as well as to Fornatlux, but you should be careful with the cars as the road is not easily visible in places. Everything was within easy reach by car. We enjoyed our stay a lot.

We loved staying in can botanas villas, they are beautiful. We have stayed in one of the other villas previously so know and like the area. The villa is beautiful and we really enjoyed our stay. However I would say the listing was slightly misleading, we chose it because it appeared to be very well equipped for kids with - cot, travel cot, toys, high chair, kids cutlery. In advance we were made aware there was no fixed cot, and only a spoon+fork, but when we arrived late at night the highchair and travel cot had not been left out. We managed to find it in a locked cupboard and we’re fine. There were no toys whatsoever, and no other kids cutlery. The host did communicate with us very well, and very kindly did offer to hire us some toys. It was just a shame as the amount of “kids equipment” was the reason we chose to hire this villa (even though it was more expensive) rather than the one we previously at stayed at!

This is a great place to stay, We have stayed in 4 properties in Can Singala and we like this one the most, No pool is good for us, we have a 5 year old who would be for ever falling in. If you want the use of a pool turn right out of the estate and 100mtrs on the left is a hotel that you can use there pool. Or just 2 min and you are at the sea with the lovely Pine Walk into the town. The property is furnished very well it also has every thing that you would need for your holiday, the owner is very friendly and you can tell he is very proud of his propriety. We will return time and time again. Thankyou for a great stay.

We stayed here in October/November and it was very quiet in this place. Beautiful view, very tastefully decorated and cozy. We felt very comfortable here.

We had a great time at Xisco's villa. There were 2 families and the kids loved the pool and the proximity to the sea. The kitchen was very well equipped and we often used the barbecue in the garden.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The Air BnB was spotless, and ideally situated along the Pine Walk. Would highly recommend!

The villa is amazing - very private, reached via a gate on an old town street. Pollença is a very pretty town full of shops, restaurant bars and cafés. As you approach the house through the garden - all is calm and peace. The landscaping around the house, the pool, and the plants are all just perfect. Whoever designed the outside space has done an incredible job. Inside the house is immaculate with beautiful views. It is well equipped and spacious, with everything you need provided- all very clean. The appliances are new and function well. There is a big main bathroom with a spa bath as well as a shower and there is also a guest bathroom and shower- and a hot tin outside with a great view. Josefa is a very helpful host and I would really recommend a stay here.

What a gem! We absolutely loved our stay, the house was beautifully decorated and we loved having the windows open during the day with a stunning view of the mountains. The village was our favorite out of every place we visited on the island, super walkable to great restaurants and shops. Very peaceful and relaxing. Would highly recommend and would love to stay again.
