Charming and beautiful house with garden

It is a cozy house with a lot of soul. The decoration recalls wonderful places in the world, memories of my travels. The location is perfect to enjoy the sea or the mountain, 3 minutes from them. It is a very comfortable house, to enjoy as a couple or family of the terraces that surround the house, of the 3 bedrooms, large dining room, open kitchen and a lot of garden. Intimate, silent and practical. Kitchen and bathroom renovated. You will love her as I do. The photos are not fair to reality;(

Only 10 min. drive to the beach.

Up to 8 people can comfortably stays in the house which has 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and a toilet. It is also very well equipped (A/C, heating,….).

Can Botana 6 is the last house on the upper part of the Can Botana tourist apartment complex. It has 2 floors. Access is through a front terrace to the ground floor where there is a living room, kitchen, double bedroom and a toilet with shower. On the upper floor, there are three double bedrooms. The main one, has a bathroom with en-suite shower and a terrace with a view towards the beach. This floor also has a full bathroom with a bathtub.

You are going to love my place because it is a cozy space, you have the sea right at your feet, unparalleled views from this "Lookout" apartment in the Cala San Vicente (Pollença) neighborhood. IT is part of a small complex, built on a hill with just 18 units (each one with a private entrance). It has a shared pool and even a staircase that goes down the rocks directly to the sea.. My accommodation is good for couples.
