The stay was very pleasant. The house was fully equipped and very clean. We enjoyed the pool a lot because the trip was family with different ages and needs and it covered all of them. The house is very spacious, the rooms too, with large closets. It is a residential area where you have to take the car for everything, but in our case we were going to rest and enjoy the house, it was not a problem. Communication with the host was very fast and smooth. We'll be back for sure. Thanks again

Really enjoyed our stay and Laura was wonderful host. The villa was decorated well with nice homely touches. The outside was spacious and we made good use of the excellent pool. The villa was in a residential area but within walking distance to beach, supermarkets, bars and restaurants. A bus stop was near by for us to go further afield. We stayed for the whole month and had a brilliant time. Would recommend the Villa to anybody wanting to come to this area.

Very nice and quiet place, super clean, in untouched nature. Perfect starting point for hiking, mountain biking and relaxing. Miguel and his wife welcomed us very warmly and were always available for us. The restaurant is beautifully traditional with very tasty food. We will be happy to come back!

We just spent nine days here and it was magical. The photos cannot possibly show how spectacular the views are. The pool was so serene and warm. It has a little shallow bit at one end, where my kids played, and then a longer bit to swim in. It was warm and secluded. We got up twice to watch the sun rise, as the view from the top of the mountain were amazing. The house is big, so we enjoyed playing hide and seek with the kids. The space was comfortable, with great air conditioning and lovely big rooms. The BBQ terrace was amazing, so we had BBQ for nearly every dinner-it has a view looking over the town/beach. Chris was a very responsive host. She gave us lots of recommendations in the book and answered queries quickly. We will be coming back!

I had a very pleasant stay! The place is exactly as described – clean, cozy and very quiet. Perfect to relax. Thomas was extremely friendly, helpful and always quick to answer any questions. I would come back anytime and absolutely recommend the place.

We were a long bridge four marriages with small children and we had a great time. The house is just as shown in the photos. The pool, wonderful children's area and the soccer field played a lot of play for all the kids. The spacious rooms, with soft and clean linens. The house is in the countryside of Lorca but 10 minutes from the city, which offers you many plans, and half an hour from the beach. The best, the service of the hosts. Everything was easy before arrival and once there they were very pending. Thank you!

I can only have good words for this accommodation and for Miguel (and his sister☺️ for welcoming us as a family). Our stay was perfect. If you needed anything, you found it in the apartment. I have never stayed anywhere like this, with so much detail and care, you can tell that you are not just another guest ♥️ The location is perfect and having a coffee on its terrace is priceless. Wow! After spending a week here visiting a friend this place was great and had everything I needed and more. The place was spotless, great location as was right by the pool and wasn’t too far of a walk to the main square which allowed you to cool off from the Spanish sun at night! Entire place is well furnished with all the amenities you could need for a stay here for both short and long stays. Furniture is modern and well maintained and the roof terrace is incredible and plenty of seating if you were to host an evening here. Will definitely be booking here again if I come back. The accommodation was perfect for spending a few days near the coast, without the hassle of traffic and people that usually are on the beachfront. The residential area was very quiet, and we were able to rest well at night. In mid-June, the pool was usually empty, or with very few people, so we also took advantage of it a lot in the afternoons. We were able to park at the same door every day, and in some areas there were trees with shade to leave the car. The terrace is small, but enough to sit down for breakfast or dinner quietly. As the apartment is small, the air conditioning cools it very quickly. But without a doubt, the best thing about the accommodation was the communication with the host (Tais), who also left us several treats in the fridge for our arrival. Thank you very much! 😊

Well-equipped spacious house. Wide garden with a great pool. The neighborhood is very quiet and has a supermarket where to buy basic things. It is 15 mins by car from the beach. Perfect if you're looking for quiet.

What a fantastic place in front of the beach! The house had everything we needed for our stay, including coffee, olive oil, and matches and candles for the big national blackout!! Lovely walks west and east of the property along the beach front. An excellent location to explore Murcia and Almería. Will recommend to anyone and I will repeat! Muchas Gracias Ramona!!!

That was a beautiful Airbnb for a month! An enchanting area to enjoy nature and walking the dog, a lot of rabbits can be seen daily! The cottage was clean, quiet, and Richard went out of her way to make everything perfect, gave tips on what to do in the area and always helped with questions! Thanks, this was a lovely holiday!

The house is just like the photos, it is very clean and cared for in detail. The outside is a delight, we were outside all day since we made a lot of use of the barbecue and the pool. As for Mercedes, she is a super attentive person who gave us a lot of information on things to do and information about the town. For us it was a 10, we'll be back.

The accommodation is wonderful, it has a quiet location on the beachfront and a terrace with spectacular sea views. We only had a few problems with the person who manages the accommodation for the owner, but we were rewarded in other ways that made the weekend great. We'll do it again.

Placidos apartment is right on the beach, it's very comfortable and light, equipped well because it's someone's home, so more than you need. it stayed cool during a hot week, even though no air con. loads of restaurants and bars within easy walking distance. Placido is welcoming and helpful, and provided a file of recommendations. Hard to improve on this apartment in Aguilas.
