The cave is a natural, sustainable, and bioclimatic underground house with temperatures between approximately 15 and 23 degrees Celsius year-round. Renovated with a lot of love, mixing the old with the modern, I have created a cozy and Zen atmosphere. It is very cozy in both summer and winter. It is a mountain place and with its 1200 meters above sea level. It is a cooler area in summer than many other places due to its geography and at night it cools down well. It is 1 km from the village and located between Baza and Guadix.

The spacious Vivienda Rural is fully self contained with a king bed, sofa bed, bathroom, kitchen/lounge and terrace spaces available outside.

Cozy apartment in Níjar, fully equipped, 20-30 minutes by car from the best beaches of Cabo de Gata Natural Park. The apartment comes with everything you need to enjoy, in a traditional setting, such as the Villa de Níjar. The accommodation (on the second floor, building without elevator), has a living-dining room, a bedroom, full bathroom, equipped kitchen and a small interior patio. The village offers the necessary services such as supermarkets, bars, pharmacy, shops, etc.

It has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, a movie projector, sports equipment, an outdoor kitchen, 2 fireplaces, etc.

Cazul House is a magnificent house that can accommodate up to 6 people, where you can enjoy a wonderful vacation. With large outdoor spaces and a swimming pool in which to relax and sunbathe. The house has a large kitchen open to the living room, two double bedrooms, and a large bathroom with shower. It has an outdoor room with two single beds, a toilet and an outdoor shower with hot water.
