Smoking-friendly holiday rentals in Calasetta

Josephina was very friendly and punctual. The house is on 3 floors with a space outside where you can eat and private parking space. The location is great, 3 minutes walking distance from Calasetta beach and 5 minutes on foot from downtown. Highly recommended!

Angela and his wife have built a wonderful place! The photos don’t do justice to this nugget of paradise. You won’t want to go anywhere else and just enjoy the place.

We took Ivan's accommodation to go to a concert in the Serbariu mine and it was really a stone's throw away, with a bike path lit at night. Ivan was immediately available and kind to give us all the necessary information, the house is very nice, very clean and tidy.

Raffaela's place was just as described - quite spacious with 2 good sized bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a useful en suite wc/sink for one of the bedrooms. It's in the newer part of Carloforte just outside the old district, about 6-8 mins walk to cafes, restaurants and maybe a 10 min walk to catch the ferry back to Sardinia or nearby Calasetta. The kitchen was quite well equipped if you want to eat in, with a lovely outdoor eating place. There's no wi-fi or air con but the mobile service was pretty good. Overall, it's a good value, very convenient option if you want to stay on the lovely island of San Pietro. If you don't mind a bit of walking, it's somewhere you can stay without a car and use local buses or bike rental to get to some lovely beaches and beauty spots. Silvia, who took care of us, was very attentive and helpful. She responded immediately to all questions and was very helpful with advice on dining and excursion options in the area. We visited Porto Paglia in May, outside the high season, and we were extremely satisfied. The whole area is full of magical paths for walks, blooming and fragrant nature, beautiful sunsets and completely empty beaches. If you are looking for a quiet and pleasant environment right by the sea, then this place is absolutely great in May. The accommodation is well equipped and clean. We just returned from Alfio's house, after about three weeks: we were three families with children and we couldn't make a better choice! The apartments are very nice, clean and well-kept, nothing is missing, the beds are very comfortable and the quality linens! The house has a very nice large common space where children can play freely and safely and still really enjoyable even for adults. There is a barbecue for pleasant grilling and a very convenient outdoor shower. In addition, the building is located in the center of the village, very close to the newsstand, the pastry shop, the bars, the supermarket, etc... at the same time, however, it is also very quiet and peaceful. Alfio and his partner, Paola, are wonderful people, they welcomed us with great friendliness and efficiency and also offered us two beautiful Sardinian-style dinners, which we will not forget easily! We can only highly recommend everyone to spend their holidays in this house... Thank you Alfio and thank you Paola, we had a wonderful time!!! We hope to see you again soon!

We (a family of five) spent a wonderful week in Alessandro’s lovely house in Calasetta. The house is well equipped, nicely decorated, and big. Most of all we enjoyed the outside kitchen where we could prepare our meals. The communication with Alessandro worked very well, he reacted immediately. We highly recommend Alessandro’s hospitality and his house. There are some beautiful beaches in the area, but a car is needed to discover them.

The house is really very, very nice, very welcoming and equipped with all the comforts. Graziella is also very helpful, very kind and even allowed us to stop a little more than the scheduled time. From the house the sea is very close, unfortunately we could not go for our own reasons but the vacation was still very pleasant. The top is the view from the garden: there is no better thing to dine in front of a sunset on the sea or having lunch in front of the sea... we will be back!

We stayed in 3, 2 adults and 1 child at Fabio's house, we had a great time. The house is as described, spacious, clean and with all the necessary and useful services and comforts. The area is very quiet and safe, Fabio is a great host, very kind and helpful and immediately ready to answer our questions and our needs, as well as having given us all the necessary information for our stay in Porto Pino (supermarkets where to go and beaches to see). We liked it so much that we will definitely have the opportunity to return. Next time, I 😀 can only recommend Casa Rossa

The apartment is spacious and bright with a spacious and comfortable terrace overlooking the salt pans. Extremely clean and equipped with everything you need. Central but quiet area, a location from which you can visit the center on foot but also move easily to the beaches and the rest of the island both by car and scooter. Federico was courteous and helpful both in terms of flexibility of schedules and in providing us with directions to places and restaurants worth checking out. A week-long stay in which we felt at home. Highly recommended

Elena's home is as described, cozy and quiet. The apartment is a few minutes from the historic center, it is equipped with everything you need for a good stay and the cleanliness is impeccable. Mrs. Elena was very kind, she welcomed us and met our requests.

Andrea was immediately very courteous and helpful. The accommodation was impeccable in terms of cleanliness and the amenities offered (the only "mole", if we really want to find one, is the lack of a dishwasher). The enviable and priceless location: going to Porto Pino beach on foot was the non plus ultra! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

veronica's place stands out for the quantity and quality of the equipment in general, kitchen, linens, there is really everything you need. the dishwasher is a plus, very welcome. the patio is perfect for those who love living outdoors, the thin curtains for privacy are perfect. the tent that covers the courtyard keeps a little warmth out. the uphill location makes it difficult to walk to the beach if you don't have a good leg but often brings a pleasant breeze, priceless. the view of the lagoon is beautiful, the parking lot, practically in front of the house, often in the shade of a pine tree. what about the area, amazing for the white beaches and rich and wild vegetation. i really hope to be back!

We had an amazing time going to the attractions around the island and definitely good to have a car. If you would’ve had to walk everywhere, the hills would’ve been a challenge for us 70+ year olds. Once we got ourselves to the waterfront, finding parking wasn’t too hard and we enjoyed our gelato and pizza.

We had a good experience with Andrea’s place and communication was great. Beds were comfortable and the location was ideal.

Silvio and Marisol's place was perfect. You feel right at home, as the apartment is fully equipped. The location is just outside Iglesias but the city and the beach are very well and quickly accessible. We felt very comfortable and would always recommend them.
