Mari's house

The house is located in the seaside area of Taormina, Giardini Naxos town. The space is dedicated to my guests mq.100, 40 of which have a terrace on the beach. The house is about one meter higher than the beach. All openings in the house, overlooking the terrace. The result is a bright house with sea view. The apartment has 2 rooms, kitchen and bathroom with shower. My guests can enjoy the sea at all hours of day and night. The house is equipped with all comforts, including air conditioning, Internet WI-FI and direct access to the sea from the roof terrace which is on the beach. The outdoor terrace is furnished with 2 tables and chairs, loungers and sunshades. The kitchen has a refrigerator with freezer, 4 burner stove, oven and sink. A few steps from home there are many restaurants, supermarkets, tobacco and cash. The proximity to all major highways and communications, make your holiday even more beautiful, you will have the opportunity to visit the most beautiful archaeological sites, tourist and historical sites of Sicily. It 'has a garage for 1 car, in addition to parking inside the residence.

Appartamento di charme all'interno di uno dei palazzi nobiliari più prestigiosi di Catania, Palazzo del Toscano, sito nelle centralissime via Etnea e piazza Stesicoro. Il palazzo si trova a pochi passi dai maggiori siti di interesse storico della città. Sotto casa si trovano metro, bus, taxi. La casa, di circa 120 mq, é elegantemente arredata con mobili antichi e oggetti tipici siciliani ed è dotata di tutti i confort. Luogo ideale per girare la città ma anche per godere della movida catanese.

Casa Vacanze Maruca "Pina"

Situato nel verde ai piedi del Monte Crocefisso con terrazza panoramica sulle colline e valli circostanti e scorcio suggestivo sull'Etna, munito di ampio parcheggio privato, è gestito in famiglia con un'esperienza quarantennale. L'appartamento, denominato Pina, vi offre la sua ospitalità accogliendovi in una confortevole dimora dotata di due camere da letto, due bagni, un salotto ed una cucina. Potete inoltre usufruire di ampi terrazzamenti immersi nel verde ad un passo dal centro storico.

Casa indipendente nella campagna tra gli aranci e i limoni della "Contrada Fiascara". Situata ai piedi di Taormina, a 2 passi dal mare di Giardini Naxos, San Marco, isola Bella, all'ombra dell'Etna, accanto alle gole dell'Alcantara. La casa, al piano rialzato, composta da una camera da letto, un bagno e una cucina con soggiorno. Parcheggio privato nel cortile adiacente. Aria condizionata. NB terrazza condivisa!

Oikos means family and this is what you will find during your holidays in Taormina. The apartment of 120mq offers sea-view terraces and a swimming pool (shared with us) and it is located 15 min walking from town center. It can perfectly host 6 guests. The pool and garden are shared with my family living in the two apartments located in the same residence (one is by the pool and one is above yours).

The fully closable gazebo allows enjoying the panorama even on cooler days. Free B&B parking. A car is required.
