Very comfortable apartment, located on the 6th floor, overlooking the pools. The hotel is amazing, has many pools, the location is wonderful, the clean is impeccable, the host always answered me quickly, and asked all the questions before check-in, and I highly recommend it.

Sensational place!!! - Vinícius is one of, if not the best host we've ever had in the App!! the district resolved initial issues very quickly and politely. Online check-in is a differential of the place, it greatly speeds up the process. (documentation of the guests and the car and done all online, requiring only confirmation on arrival, which took 5 minutes) this helps a lot when we get tired and with a small child in the car. - The apartment is extremely new, quality furniture and beds with that hotel feel. - Condominium with excellent children's pools, many options, hot and cold... toy, live music by the pool. Really a place for many good adjectives!! compared to many places we've already stayed in 15 years of visits in Caldas Novas, The BEST!! We'll be back for sure.

I went with my husband to spend the weekend and we loved it. Super comfortable accommodation, everything very clean, excellent service. Robenício was super helpful, answered all messages, answered all our questions. We will definitely be back!

Location exactly as described, well located, great value for money

The stay was pleasant, despite the short time. The host was very solicitous, which made me comfortable. The resort has an amazing view of the lake — a real refuge for those who want to rest and escape from the noise of the city. Check-in and check-out were also super fast and practical, which is a very positive point. Some details can be adjusted: the bathroom sink was clogged, which made it difficult to use, and the double mattress moved a lot with any movement. It's not a problem, but it's a matter of inconvenience. During the three days of the stay, the resort jacuzzis were defective and did not function properly without the jets and the water was not too hot, I believe it was one-off problems. Overall, it was a good experience and, with small adjustments, it could be even better.

Maira was very helpful, always answering my questions and organizing everything to make sure it went well. The resort is very spacious, beautiful, has entertainment and shows and also a food fair that gives more options for dinner. The only observation I would make is that the pools have a warm temperature, there is not one that is very hot (as I like), but you can enter without problems. The location, being close to the lake, is a little far from the center, but that was not a problem because we only stayed at the resort. The apartment is very good, we stayed there peacefully. The only observation is that it does not have a stove and utensils for those who want to cook, and the refrigerator is just a minibar. In short, my family and I had a great time, and we were very well taken care of by Maira.

Very good!!! The Mosiah, we responded with attention and kindness, helped in everything that was needed! The place is impeccable, our trip was perfect! It's in the center literally! We walk all on foot. Wonderful!!!

The space was very neat and clean. The beds are of good quality, unlike the hotel itself that charges a higher value and only offers sofa beds or uncomfortable mattresses (we travel in a group and the rest of the staff rented through the hotel). The host was extremely polite and helpful, responded quickly to all our requests. I recommend it to everyone.

We love the space, the condominium has several pools, good, clean, pleasant service… the apartment is new, with planned furniture, air-conditioning, all new and clean! The host was super solicitous, asked several questions for whats and was very attentive! I really like the space and I highly recommend it!!
