a great place according to the pictures nothing complaining of the apt everything within the expected with enough utensils to prepare a good food, exellent bed, working air, clean apt...but the club "the pools" most are cold 1 hot and other warm more cold.

Great facilities, all very neatly tidy, Td working perfectly. Infraestrutura do local very good, well located, easy to access. A helpful and responsive host is always very helpful and responsive.

I was hosted innumerable times in Caldas Novas with my family but surely this was the best of all. Apartment with great structure, full kitchen, air-conditioning in the bedroom. High speed internet beyond the condominium structure with great pools and impeccable cleaning. I highly recommend it.

Quiet stay! There was a small problem, but Gerda quickly solved it. I already knew the condominium, I really like the leisure area and the location.

The GPS of the app sent us to a location that had no hotel. Because we don't have the address , we were afraid. I couldn't communicate with the hostess on my cell phone, but we were able to share the other guest. Immediately she answered and gave us the address. It was the only drawback. The accommodation was quiet and corresponds to what was offered.

Perfect location close to everything and close to the new Singapore mall, wonderful thermal pools in the condo and the apartment decorated and complete with everything you need !! I have stayed in other apartments of the same condominium and this was definitely the best!!!! We will definitely return !!!

Great room, very nice hotel, clean, all brand-new, very close to the water park of p go walking, and the park is very nice. It was great it was worth it.

Our stay was very quiet, we were with our 3 young children and our grandparents. The condominium is very nice, has 5 pools (if you have the waterfall that is very hot in front of the sauna). The apartment is very complete, comfortable and well located. I took the seasonings I like and prepared lunch the first day. We even made burgers the night in the apartment grill. I took the baby's portable crib and fit perfectly next to us in the suite. In addition, it was possible to wash clothes and use the small poles that are on the balcony, I have nothing to complain about. We are at your disposal cleaning products. We went to the Uber Moonlight Market thing for 5 minutes to get there. Malba was super attentive with us throughout our stay. Voltaria several times and I highly recommend it.

Excellent location with an excellent visit.

Very good apartment, clean, large, airy. The kitchen, despite lacking some basic cooking items, is good. The hostess was always helpful, answering everything very quickly, attentively and politely. Those were good days to rest, because in low season everything is very quiet. The only inconvenience was the pools under maintenance and workers present in the space, there was a day when there were only two small pools available and they were still dirty and cold, I made the complaint at the Concierge and it was promptly resolved. I will return other times.

The stay was wonderful, so much so that we extended our stay, we loved the apartment, exactly as advertised, with all the necessary utensils to stay as if you were at home. The impeccable cleanliness, the beautiful condominium and perfect for those who like nature, tranquility and perfect waters to relax with the family, my girl loved it, especially during the week.
