It's not the first time we've stayed there, they always respond quickly, everything as in the information, the leisure area is great, it's not very crowded, lots of nature, family atmosphere! You can go and it's very good! I recommend it!

Simply great! Apartment super well equipped, with impeccable bedding and several utensils. Apartment Highlights: 04 rooms: 2 with air conditioning and 2 with fan. 03 baths. Barbecue area for being a penthouse, a real find! Leisure area: 03 pools: 1 with wet bar and very hot water. 1 with cold water. 1 with warm and less deep water (ideal for relaxing). The ambiance of the pools is very quiet, with no live sound or ambient music. It is allowed to bring food and drink to the leisure area. Snack food is great! Excellent location, close to everything. Felipe was super helpful and took away all our doubts. We love and recommend!

The house is amazing and the space is beautiful! The host is very helpful, friendly and responds quickly. The stay was very good, as the space accommodates everyone with great comfort and tranquility, and the pool and hot tub are heated. I will return whenever possible!

The house is beautiful, comfortable and has a wonderful view! For those who like physical activities, the surroundings of the lake is ideal and is a few meters from the house. The beds are comfortable, kitchen had everything that was needed and the leisure area very complete. Jerônimo is a sympathy, a very attentive person and always willing to help with whatever was needed! We were in a large class and they were all very well accommodated! Garagem took 3 cars with no problems. The neighborhood is very quiet and has pharmacies, supermarkets, it's very close. I highly recommend and when we get back, we already know that we want to host with them again!

The host was very flexible at check in and checkout and was receptive. The house on arrival looks bigger than in the photos, but needs some maintenance like in the garden, the sauna was not working, some mattresses smelled of mold and a little in the room too, but as we opened the house the full went a bit. In general, the house needs a heavy cleaning to be perfect because it has a good structure.

The house is great, you don't even want to go out to see the area because it's so cozy! We will certainly come back more often!

It is already the 2nd time we stayed at Thermas Place at Apto 815 do Juliano. We Like the apto, the TV (movie channels), air conditioning, hot shower, minibar, everything working optimally well! Comfortable queen bed! That tasteful smell of cleanliness! The pools are heated and are always clean. I brought bedding, towels and pillow as usual. It was offered by Thermas Place breakfast for kg and lunch (Marmitex and executive dish $30.00). About the host, Juliano nothing to complain, he is always available! We'll be back soon! Thank you!

The GPS of the app sent us to a location that had no hotel. Because we don't have the address , we were afraid. I couldn't communicate with the hostess on my cell phone, but we were able to share the other guest. Immediately she answered and gave us the address. It was the only drawback. The accommodation was quiet and corresponds to what was offered.
