Gorgeous apartment, even better than the pictures. We booked for a girls night away and had such a lovely time. Detailed and clear instructions for check in & flat was so clean with a lovely view. Team were on hand prior and during our stay for any questions, really lovely building and felt safe staying here as a group of girls. Will definitely be staying again!

This place was just as beautiful as the pictures. There's comfortable furniture, I felt at home staying here and really liked the view. The location is brilliant but free parking isn't always available (not surprising as it's in the city centre). Check in/out was a new experience, I had to collect the keys from a local shop so I could get my snacks and check in at the same time. I would stay here again.

I would definitely revisit Jess’s place again. The location is conveniently situated just outside the bustling center, with several bus stops nearby that make it easy to reach the Trafford Center for shopping, as well as visit the iconic Manchester Football Stadium. I had a fantastic time relaxing in the evening by the cozy fire, which created the perfect atmosphere for our mini date night in the flat. The space was incredibly peaceful, allowing us to unwind and enjoy each other's company without distraction. Additionally, there are plenty of local shops and charming urban cafes within walking distance, making it a great spot for grabbing a coffee or exploring unique finds. Overall, the combination of comfort, accessibility, and a vibrant neighborhood makes it a wonderful place to stay.

Just stayed here for three months while working at the Sheffield Crucible and it was perfect. Great location within easy walk from the theatre and city centre, comfortable and a great little city apartment.

A lovely stay easy connections to public transport and various different cities. We felt right at home for the entire duration of our stay. Pauls place is truly like a home away from home. Would definitely recommend!

Overall, my family liked staying here. The location is great, and I think it's a good value for the size and area. It was fairly clean as far as airbnbs go, but the dishwasher was full of dirty dishes when we got there and the outdoor bins were full which meant that we had to take some of the rubbish with us when we left. Also, it is important to know that some of the amenities listed were not actually available to us. There was no dedicated workspace, grates of the barbecue were rusted through and therefore unusable, and we were asked to not use the tumble dryer and use the drying rack instead. However, once I messaged the owner because our clothes were not drying on the drying rack, she did say we could use the tumble dryer.

Fantastic location for co-op arena and man city.

Stayed at Noblethorpe Hall as a family group of ten adults for two significant birthdays. Lance met us on arrival and gave us a tour of the hall. There are so many rooms that it helped us tremendously to settle in. The rooms are huge and furnished well with traditional furniture. The kitchen has everything that you might need and all ten of us could eat together with half a dozen seats to spare. We felt totally at home, whether pottering about inside or sitting out for long evenings overlooking the fields. I would recommend anyone to stay here for a stress free detox from a hectic modern lifestyle. Lance is a fascinating and engaging character who genuinely cares that all his guests feel part of an extended family. We all had a great time!
