We stayed at Ozans place for 3 days and had a great time. It is in a quiet neighborhood and also not far from the beach

During our stay, Mr. Özgür and his brother were very friendly. We checked in quite late because we came from far away, but when we arrived, they greeted us with a smile. Everything was as in the photo, even more beautiful. Mr. Özgür has thought of everything to make the stay easier. There was a huge bed and it was very comfortable. Everywhere was clean. Especially the garden was our favorite. There was a garden area larger than the house and it belonged to us completely. You should stay in this place in the heart of Kayaköy. We thank Mr. Özgür and his team for everything. It was a place I encountered by chance, but I intend to stay again as soon as possible. 🙏🏻

Nevzat’s villa is very nice, great value, and the location is good. The hosts are also very responsive and friendly. Would recommend.

The view from the house is absolutely perfect. Everything in the house has been thought out and beautifully designed. The host was very helpful, thanks to everything. And the cleanliness, which I'm most sensitive about, is fully rated from us. We are definitely planning to come back to summer.

We had a very positive experience at this Airbnb. The place was spotless and well-maintained, which made us feel right at home. Communication with the host was smooth and responsive throughout our stay. The location was perfect—convenient and easy to get around. One of the highlights for our family was the swimming pool—our kids absolutely loved it! Overall, a fantastic stay and we highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable getaway.

I planned a marriage proposal for my girlfriend. First of all, I would like to thank brother Brigade and Tufan brother. Everything was so beautiful and meaningful, the time and amenities we spent in the house were great. Cleanliness was very important to us. We thought about buying a very clean and very romantic house for a while, thank you very much for😂 everything. We will definitely meet again...🙏

It was a quiet, peaceful place to go as a family. The cleaning was good, the needs were considered. Mr. Serkan was very interested and approached our problems in a solution-oriented way. We liked it very much, we recommend it.

Firats villa is as beautiful as the photos. It is clean, modern and so many different areas to sit and relax and enjoy the beautiful outdoor garden and pool. There are sun spots and shaded areas with an outdoor fan. It made us smile every day. It is about 10 minutes walk to the beach with shops and restaurants which we did comfortably. With the heat and if a bit slower walking I would suggest a taxi. Firat supplied details of a driver who was responsive and friendly and this helped greatly when needed. Would recommend to take a few basics like tea and coffee and washing up products if arriving out of the shopping hours. Firat responded quickly to any queries and is a great host!

Everything was great

Everything was as it was in the photos. The bathroom, kitchen and bed were spotless and tidy. In the same way, the pool was maintained and clean. A nice neighborhood for those who prefer a quiet, tranquil vacation. Fethiye is 1 hour from the center, can be reached by Saklikent minibuses. I would definitely like to stay again in the future. Thank you.

The house was so clean and had a good back yard, also it's not far from the beach and the center, I enjoyed staying there alot and the price was worth it totally

“Fantastic stay! The apartment is in an amazing location—just 2 minutes from the beach and 1 minute from several supermarkets, which made everything super convenient. The balcony has a lovely view, and the space itself is clean, modern, and very comfortable. I really appreciated the thoughtful touches like tea, coffee, and a fully equipped kitchen with all the utensils you’d need if you like to cook. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the furniture and appliances (TV, washer, fridge, etc.) were all new and in great condition. Amazing location amazing house and amazing host. Don't think about it, the house is great, if you had your own home, you would be so attentive. Clean and peaceful. we had a nice holiday in a clean weather without being overwhelmed on hot days. The pool landscaping was very stylish and beautiful. I just didn't like the bed being two separate beds, it would be much better if there was a double bed. My eyes looked for a full-length mirror as a lady in the house. I had the opportunity to reach the host via whatsap at any time, the hair dryer was broken and immediately given a new one. Overall, it was a holiday that I liked. See you again🥰

The place is very nice, the host is very good, everything you need is available, the village is where it is, but it is very easy to reach everything. I saw a comment about cats, but I did not see cats wandering around in a disturbing way. Thanks to Mr. Seyyid and his team, everything was great

Although we could not reach Mr. Sedat for a while at the first entrance to the house, then we were able to ask the friends around for help and log in with the password. Other than that, the interior of the house, the garden, the patio were clean and tidy. Everything used in the house is of good quality. We did not lack anything. We were a family of 5 the house was spacious and spotless on arrival any minor issues were always resolved quickly Mehmet was good with replying Loved the location around 20 minutes to Fethiye town and around 10-15 minutes to oludeniz beach There was restaurants and shops within 5-7 minutes walk Local mosque around 5 minutes walk aswell Had a taxi button right outside the villa with taxis arriving promptly Pool was nice and clean First time staying in a villa and we all really enjoyed it Thanks again Mehmet
