Antique furnishings perfectly complement the historic architecture. The house is on 3 floors so a fair bit of walking up and down stairs is required. The main bedroom is on the upper floor and the 2nd bedroom (two single beds) and bathroom on the lowest floor. Ideal for couples and families but not for the elderly or groups of 4 adults.

A few minutes walk you can reach the lake and the village center where you can find all the main services: mini markets, bars, restaurants, laundry, pharmacy, newsstand and tobacco. Welcome to the House of Sveva, a magical place with a wonderful view of Lake Maggiore. Located on the top floor of a building from the 19th century, it has just been renovated and is complete with every comfort (air conditioning in every room, TV, kitchen complete with dishwasher). A few steps from home you will find the ferry stop for the Borromean Islands, some of the best seafood restaurants in the area, a boat rental and an equipped beach.

In an old farmhouse completely renovated, “la casa di pietra” is a magnificent place to relax and enjoy nature, free on three sides with a large garden shared with us. Ground floor living room with table and two large sofa beds, a bathroom and a kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator, oven and small appliances. First floor with large bedroom and bathroom with shower. Private entrance and private parking unguarded.
