Wow what can I say Amantea was beautiful. Carolina was a great host always responsive and even came over to help us connect to the Wifi. for some reason it wasn't connecting. We were visiting friends from Lago and they were impressed with the place as well. Easy to get to from Lamezia with easy access parking. Carolina also made us all feel at home. We would definitely recommend this place to friends and family visiting this region of Italy.

Surreal views. Phenomenal service. The city is rich in history. The dinners were also fabulous and fresh—from their homegrown garden. I recommend this getaway in the mountains to anybody who appreciates sustainable living and breathtaking, once-in-lifetime experiences. Worth every penny.

The place fully complies with the description. It has everything you need and it is clean. The orientation of the apartment is also great, as the sun only shines on the facade in the morning. The rest of the day you have a shady entrance area, not exactly unimportant in our summer temperatures. Giuliano is a great host! Always available and also very fast, proactive action. Really great. In our opinion, the location is good. Of course, the church is right next door and you can hear the bells, but that also has its charm. If you don't like barking dogs, then you'd better not go to Calabria :) There is everything you need in the immediate vicinity, within walking distance. Bar, restaurants, ice cream parlor, snack bar, pharmacy, etc. A great stay for us! Maybe next year again ✌🏼

We had a lovely stay! The home itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. The host was responsive and friendly. The space had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. As there are people upstairs and downstairs, we had to be quiet (I have 2 children under the age of 2), if you have children just be mindful before booking as you will be reminded to keep it down. You will also need to take bedding off and bins outside yourself at the end of your stay. One thing to keep in mind: the location is quiet seaside village style. It’s a peaceful and quiet area, which we appreciated, but taxis and ride-shares were hard to come by. If you’re planning to stay here, having your own car or arranging transportation in advance is a good idea. We made friends with locals who helped us out with ride shares. Overall, a great experience — especially if you’re looking for a quiet retreat and don’t mind being a little outside the city center!

Had a lovely 2 night stay. Arrived by train to Silbari and got a taxi from the station to Villapiano. The property is right on the beach, with multiple beach clubs opposite and public beaches also. We found a nice walking circuit, which we did every day, ending up in the town for dinner or to buy groceries from the supermarket. The property is very well equipped, with fully functioning kitchen, large fridge, oven, induction hotplate and microwave. Lots of cooking pots and utensils, so we had no problems making meals. Coffee maker. TV with Netflix etc 2 x air-conditioning units, security front door and security shutters on the balcony doors. Great communications and we always felt if the every was an issue, it would be dealt with quickly.

Patrizia was very welcoming and helpful. The villa is spacious and equipped with everything you need. Recommended!

Nice place within easy walking distance to the beach with restaurant and beach bars nearby. We loved having access to both a pool and the beach. The place was secure, very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The manager, Luca, was awesome and deserves his own 5-star rating! His responsiveness and warm hospitality would make coming back here an easy decision!

Very spacious and very clean unit. Listing and photos were accurate. Fabrizio was very quick to respond to our enquiry for a last minute rental and provided a recommendation of a local hotel for one night until his unit was available. Property managers Carmine and his wife Romilda live on site so met us on check in and for check out review. They were very responsive and provided a nice restaurant recommendation. They were very friendly people. There was a nearby grocery store to buy essentials like dish soap, toilet paper and toiletries for our week there. Nice coffee and pastry shop down the road.

Exceptional accommodation above the city, in a private park of a historic palazzo, furnished with a lot of love for detail. Very friendly, helpful and committed landlords... Highly recommended!

apartment is located 15 min drive for reggio calabria. it was great spot to visit the beach and some small villages near by. it's spacious with two rooms. totally equipped kitchen with also some basic ingredients. which I liked. landlord also prepared some watter for us. by foot is really great pasticheria where we ate our breakfast. price between what you pay and what you get is top.
