The apartment (45m²+ private patio) is located on the banks of the Saône, a 5-minute walk from the historic old Lyon district. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), hillside of an old building on the bank of the Saône river, the building corridor is a little rustic (17th century). The apartment has been fully redesigned, keeping its authenticity. I made it my refuge, away from the hustle and bustle of Lyon. However, this place is not to everyone’s taste 😊. I describe later the pros & cons.

You will be 2 steps from the entrance to the magnificent Parc de la Tête d'Or, easy access, the accommodation is a 23-min walk from Part-Dieu train station, and 13 min by bus!

900 sq ft quiet and bright air-conditioned luxury loft, with private parking space. Sandrine - a well-known Lyonnaise interior designer - has entirely redesigned and decorated her apartment. The location is ideal for exploring the city (the metro is 5 minutes’ walk) and the trendy and authentic neighborhood of “la Croix Rousse” has numerous chic or bohemian restaurants, terraces, cafés, and shops and a daily food market. The banks of the Saône are developed from Caluire to the center of Lyon. 900 m away is the Radiant Bellevue theater and less than 3 km away is the Michelin-starred Paul Bocuse restaurant. Buses nearby, close to the Parc de la Tête d'Or. Free public parking around the property.

Located 200 m from the metro, close to the hyper center, you can easily visit the whole city!

A stone's throw from the property, several buses take you to the heart of Lyon or Part-Dieu train station.
