We LOVE this place! Super relaxing, perfect surroundings. The garden is fabulous, we made the most of the sunshine this weekend!

We loved tree tops. Sam is kind, bubbly and is eager to make your trip as comfortable as can be. The hot tub is a real win. Place and location beautiful. Everything you need to cook and make it feel like your home. Would definitely return.

Ingram House is a beautiful house with an amazing, beautiful garden.We had a wonderful stay.Antonio responded to all messages quickly but the star of the check in/communication whilst there was Shirley the wonderful housekeeper.Such a lovely lady, who made contact before we arrived to confirm all details, meet us for check in and check out and responded to any queries during our weekend.The house has 5 bedrooms/2bathrooms upstairs and 1 bathroom plus additional toilet downstairs. A great kitchen,a lounge with seating for everyone plus a delightful dining room. To us the best place was the garden. At least 5 different ‘spaces’ to sit with tables and chairs, a great BBQ area by the kitchen, its just a beautiful, relaxing garden where we sat and enjoyed the afternoon (we were lucky with the weather). The only slight downside to us was the road noise. The windows at the front of the house have secondary double glazing which helps to reduce the noise. We would happily stay there again

Aidan & Wendy were perfect hosts. We had an amazing relaxing time despite walking 18.2k along the stunning coastline! The barn was the perfect place to retreat to. Aidan was super helpful and welcoming when we arrived and it was a pleasure to stay with them. I have already recommended them to a friend 🙌🏻

We had a lovely week in Plantagenet and really cannot recommend it enough; the cottage really exceeded our expectations. The garden is phenomenal. It was a private and tranquil escape and our collie thoroughly enjoyed doing laps of the large garden despite the rainy weather. We loved it from the moment we arrived and didn't want to leave. The cottage is well equipped, has a great cosy ambiance with lots of indoor and outdoor game options no matter what the weather. The communication with Tim&Maite was friendly and responsive, we particularly appreciated the slightly late check out. We are hoping to book again soon with more of our family joining us.

What a beautiful cottage! Exactly like on the photos, very charming. Surroundings are stunning, hot tub was a treat. The kitchen is very well equipped with anything you might need. Beds were comfortable and cozy. The conservatory was great to just sit and play board games and have lovely meals, was nice and warm and toastie in there and the views!! Pauline’s communication and response times were excellent, very friendly and accommodating. All I would suggest, if possible is perhaps to think of some sort of covers/shelter from the cold/wind by the hot tub. It was very windy and we still wanted to enjoy the hot tub, but it got very cold whilst inside. Some sort of coverings will work a treat. Pauline suggested some great pubs and things to do in the area. All and all my friends and I had a lovely stay. Thanks Pauline!

Chris's cottage was a truly wonderful find, and we'd love to come back! It was thoughtfully equipped with literally everything you could imagine needing for a comfortable stay. The fantastic amenities like the pool and gym provided perfect entertainment, especially on those inevitable rainy days. Plus, the location was absolutely ideal for exploring local hiking trails. We found the cottage to be impeccably clean, peaceful, beautifully maintained, and wonderfully quiet. If I had to offer a couple of minor points for improvement, blackout blinds in both bedrooms would be a fantastic addition, as it got quite bright from 4 am. Additionally, it might be helpful to clearly state in the listing that baby swim classes are held in the pool three times a week. While this didn't bother us at all (we have a baby too!), it was unexpected, and some guests might appreciate knowing in advance.

Excellent family home in a quiet village near Dover. A great place to explore and good homebase for exploration. Claire's place was just as advertised and worked out very well for my family. 5/5 would definitely recommend.

Caroline's flat is very nice, with a great view over the sea, while comfortable and full of all comforts needed, including cutlery, glasses and tools for cooking. The flat is colourful and with great personality, while clean and atwalking distance from train station (St Leonards), buses to Hasting's town centre and nice reetaurants and coffee shops. Caroline is very responsive, friendly and provided us always with clear instructions and useful recommendations, while showing good flexibility on check-in time. We are very grateful.

It was a lovely apartment, beautifully clean, and with all the amenities we needed. Low ceilings in one bedroom and doorways, but you can tell that from the photos. A useful thing to know is that the two bedrooms are railroad style; in order to reach the double bedroom you have to pass through the two twin rooms (they're separated by the dressing room, but the stairway is in one room and accessible only through that room). This might not be a problem for a family, but we were adult friends sharing a place, and if we'd known that one room would have no privacy, we'd have made different plans. Otherwise, everything about this stay was perfect, and I give it five stars for that. Thank you!

James' cottage is absolutely fabulous. Looks just as good as the photos. The garden is stunning. We loved it because it was extremely clean, very comfortable and had everything you could possibly need. Great for dogs also as the garden is enclosed. Although please note you do share the garden with the neighbouring cottage that James rents out. That worked fine for us. We loved the location. Great walks and the local pub was lovely. Bus or short drive to Canterbury. Recommend and would visit again. No hesitation.

We had a wonderful stay, so peacful, surrounded by lovely country side, accomadion was home from home, loved our garden. Enjoyed our welcome pack, and our dog loved her treats, topped off with lovely hosts, Thankyou both. We would love to go back. X

A great home for a family get- together for 8 people. Lots of space, great value, well equipped, great barbecue. Mind your head on the low beams?

The Bothy is an amazing space in a fantastic location. Quiet, tranquil and definitely off-grid. Helena was a welcoming, friendly and helpful host who provided everything we needed. The Bothy is beautifully appointed and very relaxing to inhabit. There are many places to visit locally if you can tear yourself away. This place is absolutely ideal for people looking to get away from it all. It is described as "off-grid" and it is - so make sure you take fully-charged power banks. We will definitely return!

Anna’s flat is perfect for a seaside break. Amazing view overlooking the sea, easy access to the beach and promenade into Hastings. Flat looks just like it does in pictures, is very clean, quiet and had everything we needed for the weekend. Lots of nearby cafes and restaurants within minutes and free on street parking available. Anna was very responsive.

The house and surroundings are so beautiful! I wanted a private and green outside space for my 30th birthday celebration with my closest friends and this was EXACTLY what i was looking for! And Simon was a very responsive and accommodative host.

Absolutely great place,it does look 100% way better then what you see in pictures Literally you can get there the most peaceful getaway ,we already recommended this place to friends and we will definitely use this place again Worth for the price 100%.

We had a great stay for a long weekend with the family. The place was very roomy and had plenty of space for us all. Neil was very accomodating to last minute changes.

Our second visit. Really enjoyed our stay in your lovely home. Everything was clean and we had everything we needed for our stay. A peaceful location and we feel at home. Especially enjoyed the welcome pack. Thank you Ross and we will be back next year.

Amazing location. Lots to do if you do a bit of research. Very tidy and well set up cabin. Had a great time with the kids, can't go wrong staying here if you're a family.

We enjoyed a 3 day mini break at the Calf Shed cottage with our 2 children and dog. The cottage itself was nice with open plan kitchen and comfy seating area, and a private garden area which was great for the kids and dog. A big bonus was the heated pool with stunning views. The weather was not great but the heated pool meant we could still use it, which is a short walk from the cottage. The kids also enjoyed the trampoline and table tennis. The main barn was not rented during our stay which meant we had sole use of the pool and play equipment. There was no welcome pack/booklet however the host Alison was quick to respond to questions (wifi password, bin locations, etc). Other comments is the double bed was actually 2 single beds which the kids commandeered and signs of wear and tear here and there. However overall a pleasant trip.

We had a great stay here. Perfect for the group of 11 we had. Plenty of space very clean and tidy as just as stunning as the photos

A really unique place in lovely grounds. As a family with young children the facilities made the stay for us. The Wing itself is nice full of character in terms of the architecture and decor. The place was clean, comfortable beds, kitchen had the essentials. Only thing I’d say is the bathroom and kitchen could do with a simple modernisation but really nothing to worry about, everything worked fine. The family say they would return so that’s the ultimate verdict.

Safe to say was an amazing stay and couldnt have picked a better place to stay. Great cottage and to have a swimming pool as well topped it all off. Would highly recommend to anybody.
