The house is very well presented - high quality furnishings, accessories, bed linen etc with everything we needed. It’s very homely and comfortable. Aisling communicated really well and answered the few questions we had quickly. It was perfect for us - couple with a small dog. Easy access to the enclosed garden and parking right out the front. Lots to do in Rye Harbour itself - the pub is great for food and a few drinks. Café by the RLNI is perfect for morning coffee and a bacon sandwich / breakfast. Easy walk to the Discovery Centre and walks along the shore. Rye town is more of a walk but there is a bus. Local shop well stocked for essentials. We will definitely be back to stay here again and would absolutely recommend Aisling as a great host.

We had a lovely stay down in Camber Sands. Margaret was the perfect host, with great communication whilst booking, sending us an incredible information booklet before we arrived and in touch and ready to help with any questions we had after our arrival. The house is beautiful. It truly is a home from home , with very comfortable beds, amazing showers; it’s well looked after and fully stocked with everything you might need. It’s a five minute walk to the beach from the house and a pleasure not having to drive and find parking. The neighbours are friendly and full of recommendations on places to go and eat and visit. The outside area is also lovely and well-decorated with places to sit and relax. The garden is limited for dogs as there is no lawn for them to do their business, but outside and on the same road there is grass for them to go, and a park and obviously the beach nearby too. We would absolutely recommend this house and Margaret and would love to come back!

Whytecroft was absolutely beautiful!! The place was pristine, the amenities were perfect and it looks exactly like the beach hideaway we were looking for!! The outside area was amazing and perfect for big families or friends! We had a furry friend and the garden was completely contained! The ping pong table was an absolute favorite! The upstairs bedroom was absolutely beautiful and the balcony was really cool! Thank you so so much for having us!!!

We had a fantastic weekend at Atalanta House! The location is perfect—just a short stroll to the beach, and the views are absolutely stunning. The house itself is beautifully decorated, clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. We especially loved watching the beautiful sunsets from the house—it was the perfect way to end each day. The outdoor space and peaceful atmosphere made it even more special. Thank you for a wonderful stay—we’ll definitely be back!

The perfect place to stay for a few days by the beach, brilliantly located and spotless accommodation. Lisa was very responsive and an excellent host.

The accommodation was fantastic, featuring a large, comfy bed and soft, fluffy towels. Everything we needed was provided, making our stay very comfortable. The location was brilliant, right next to the beach, and Wendy was an excellent communicator. Our dog Teddy loved the beach and the small enclosed garden was safe for him to sniff around while we were at home. The place was spotlessly clean and well-equipped. There was a nice café next door (the Rye Bay Bar & Grill) and a pub up the road (The Owl), both recommended by Wendy. Sunday lunch at The Owl was amazing. Additionally, we enjoyed a picturesque day trip to Rye, which was a lovely bonus. Overall, I highly recommend Wendy's Place for a relaxing getaway.

The stay at marine cottage was perfect. The hosts sent a message to let us know when the house was ready which we very much appreciated as it allowed us to plan our journey & also we were actually able to get inside the property an hour earlier than check in which was very helpful, especially with children. The property was cleaned well, clean linen & towels were provided. the kitchen had all we needed, including dish washer tablets & washing up liquid. Handwash was left in both bathrooms which was great. Leanne's communication was fab, she responded very quickly to my messages prior to the stay & also I had to contact her whilst we were there- she was very helpful friendly. The only negative was the fact there were no bins in any of the rooms. A small wastepaper bin would have been helpful to have - especially in the bathrooms as there was nowhere to put any rubbish. There also was a slight leak which happened on the last day in the kitchen coming from the shower above.

We’ve just returned from a family weekend away to Camber Sands, and all loved Steph’s accommodation! Great location, with easy access to the beach. It was perfectly located for day trips to Rye, Hastings and Dungeness. The house is really well equipped and the kitchen has everything you could need. Steph was a really responsive host, and sent clear instructions for check in/check out. Would definitely recommend this home by the sea!
