I and my family, we love staying in Daniel's apartment. the apt is the same as the photos, very clean, organized, practical. The condominium is very good, with a lot of living area, spacious, quiet, safe. Daniel is a great host, very attentive, sympathetic, responds quickly to messages. always helpful in helping. we will return more often to his apt and recommend it.

We really liked the apartment, everything was very clean, exactly as the listing is described. Before booking, I had seen comments about the television having problems, but everything was working for us in the apartment, the air conditioning in both bedrooms was perfect, a really nice balcony, barbecue, and even a view of the sea, the apartment is super recommended! We hope to come back more often.

Excellent stay in apartment 402, Tamboretes building, in the Southern Islands Condominium. New, clean, comfortable apartment with utensils necessary for a good stay, very well located, with shops and great restaurants nearby. It's exceeded our expectations!

The apartment is beautiful and very well located, close to the Ferris wheel on the beach. There are several restaurants nearby, markets, pharmacy. Equipped kitchen, we made food without any problems. And now there's a new blender there, thank Sofia. Host Marlene, who welcomes us, is amazing, super helpful, responds quickly and resolves any unforeseen very fast too. I highly recommend it, it was a super quiet stay and we enjoyed a lot ❤️

André was super kind and attentive in giving us very useful tips, thank you for your kindness and sympathy 🤝 The only downside is that the top floor requires climbing a flight of stairs. But everything worked out, it's just something to analyze if someone has any limitations.

Wonderful apt! Cute! Full of crockery and accessories! Very clean and we still get some pampering! Breathtaking view! We were well advised by Mari and Briani. Properly located building. Nearby market and restaurants with affordable prices. And in the building itself has a market and cafeteria, it serves dinner and snacks... super practical and with a modest price.

Genakarlo was very kind and helpful during the stay. It made us comfortable for check in and check out, always helping in everything we need. The house has a great living area, with barbecue and swimming pool and ample space. For weekend with friends, excellent, I recommend.

Gilvania is a super receptive amphitian, the house was impeccable we were 8 people, it has everything close and very close to Beto Carrero, the house was clean, cherosa bedding, utensils available all impeccable. We'll be back for sure!

The host was incredibly responsive, especially considering we booked the stay at the very last minute. They quickly confirmed the place would be ready for us, and we were even able to check in early since everything was already prepared. The location is amazing - just one block from Praia Brava, a stunning beach, especially during the Brazilian summer. There’s a small restaurant right downstairs that offers food and drinks, which was super convenient. It’s only open from around 9 AM to 6 PM, so noise was never an issue while we were out exploring. The area is filled with great restaurants, bars, and shops. Wonderful hosts and a beautiful place! I’ll definitely stay here againN

Christiane and the family were super nice to me, I felt very good with them. The studio is very comfortable despite the limited space, but it is very well thought out for those who just want to spend a couple of nights without having to cook.

Large house, in the city center, several large rooms. Right in the center of the city, close to the beach, markets, pharmacies, etc. Super attentive owner, always responded with speed and attention. Highly recommended

Excellent location, close to restaurants, markets, mall, and beach. The condominium is across the street, it is not the beach condominium, but it has a beach access through a alley with landscaping and fountains. Marcio's apartment is excellent, 2 spacious suites and another room that is office and has a sofa bed if you wanted to use it as a suite, our case we use it as an office and as our baby's room. The condominium has an excellent set of outdoor pools, has an indoor and heated pool, but on cooler days or at night do not expect hot water, only it will not be cold. The gym is excellent, we use it every day. The sauna I tried to use it from day one, but the condominium reported that it was under maintenance, but there was no sign on the door, there was only one card saying that the sauna was free, it was only released after talking to the host. I tried to use the beach court (little sand) and tennis courts (the marking lines are missing), but they need maintenance,

It was a great stay, a block from the beach. We did everything on foot. And the condominium is complete: swimming pool, fitness center, mini market. Jaison was attentive, he made our check-out flexible. Too bad the view from the bathtub is very different from the photos, unfortunately there is no more green area there, but a huge construction site. They're building buildings. But other than that, it was great. I'd come back more often.

The condominium has several amenities is a great structure, as well as being very safe. Pharmacy, ice cream shop, coffee shop, market, fuel station very close by. The apartment is clean and airy. We love the stay, but the furniture part of the apartment is very simple, more attention could be paid to this part. The host understood our demands and gave us all the support we needed
