Visit Cambridge a ten-minute drive and the quaint village of Granchester a short fifteen-minute stroll from the cottage. This newly built town house wows with natural light, a private patio, and garden plus free parking in the private car park. The host owns Meadow Cottage next door and therefore can accommodate large groups for work or family celebrations. This property has just been completed and is one of three town houses built by us specifically for the short term let market. We have spent three years building and then carefully choosing everything in each property to create a fuss free relaxing atmosphere. Whole property and garden. We live only 5 minutes away in the centre of Cambridge and therefore can easily help if needed. Start the morning with a walk along the River Cam and through the meadows near this tranquil location. Just a 10-minute drive to Cambridge city centre, the fuss-free home is close to business parks, Cambridge Biomedical Campus, and more. You can drive into Cambridge in as little as 5/10 minutes, traffic permitting! Alternately we are just a two minute walk to the nearest bus stop with frequent buses running into Cambridge. However the best option and the nicest way to explore Cambridge and the surrounding villages is by bike and Cambridge has many bike hire companies. Cycling into town is safe as there is an off road cycle path and this journey would take no more than fifteen minutes. The ensuite bedroom now has a king size bed that can be turned into 2 single beds.
