Monthly Rentals in Cambrose

This is such a special place and an absolute labour of love. Claire and Nicholas are fantastic hosts, local bread, biscuits especially those left hidden in the microwave 😃 Roddas milk (delicious) and the Peppa Pig fromage frais for our 7 year old daughter we’re extremely thoughtful and nice touches. As for the cabin and location it’s just amazing and tranquil. Easy and central enough to get to wherever you wish to visit and close to both coasts, in fact it’s 5 minutes to the rather private Porthtowan beach with excellent surf, good sand and clear clean water, we had some decent weather too, the only down side was time, there just wasn’t enough of it but then again is there ever! Absolutely can’t recommend the cabin and Nicholas’s hospitality enough

We had a fantastic stay! The place was private, peaceful, and exactly what we were looking for. We especially enjoyed relaxing by the fire pit in the evenings — such a lovely touch. A special mention goes to Flash the cat, who kept us great company and truly made our stay even more memorable! It’s a great deal for the price, and Helen was absolutely wonderful — kind, welcoming, and very responsive whenever we needed anything. We’re already looking forward to coming back the next time we’re in Cornwall!

Watergate Meadow is a great little place tucked away close to Illogan. The place was spotless and well-kitted out. Best by far is the secluded garden which it overlooks. Sitting outside with the sun flickering through the trees, a few nibbles and a drink, perfect. A 10 min drive and your in Portreath. Better, a 45 minute walk over the top, and you'll get there, too. Highly recommend.

The place was very clean and met our expectation. Both Rosemary and James were very polite and they informed us about nearby places and area. They were easily available for any needs.
