This is a definite must stay if you’re coming to Philly with a large family! The place is simply amazing home and is modern, spacious and pristine in nature! It’s is wonderfully decorated and could easily be a show home! It is exactly as advertised and much more! The jacuzzi and outdoor patio and bbq are a really nice touch, and well as the exercise room and equipment on the second floor! Katerina is a gracious and wonderful host! She responded to any inquiries in a timely and helpful manner! We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return! Katerina many thanks for hosting us - you have an amazing place and we hope to return on a few months! Take care and thanks tons for everything!!

I so enjoyed the quiet beauty of this hidden gem in the woods. From the moment I booked, Jen was a fabulous hostess, giving thought and care to ensure a positive experience. The home is beautiful, and I was happily surprised by the gorgeous holiday decor and cheer. Everything was just as described, and I couldn't have felt more at home. Having grown up nearby, I have no doubt this would be an oasis in the summer months, though even with ice on the lake, it offered peace and beauty. The beds were ridiculously comfortable, and the warmth of my host permeated the entire home. I recommend it to anyone seeking nature, beauty, and comfort.

I stayed here for my birthday and got to enjoy a lot of Philly without having to travel far. The house is really nice and even the outside has its own charm. Everything about it was nice thank you Angela for letting us stay!!

Great place, the house was very close to restaurants, fast food and shopping. Rooms are big and have a lot of space which is nice! Kim is very responsive and try her best to resolve problems as quickly as she can. The neighborhood is very calm and quiet my family enjoyed the stay there!

If you're looking for a perfect place to stay in Fishtown, there are some really cool looking boutique hotels in the neighborhood, but they're going to cost you probably 3X+ what Michael's charging for his somewhat funky and imperfect, but very clean and comfortable first floor apartment in a great location. Our family of 3 really enjoyed staying at Michael's place for the weekend. Michael was very responsive whenever we had any questions. He recommended some great neighborhood restaurants for us to try, and we were quite pleased with his recommendations. On our last day at Michael's, after checkout, we walked 10 minutes over to Suraya on Frankford Ave, where we enjoyed an amazing (weekends only) brunch. Highly recommend!

Great place. convenient location near places to eat, coffee, etc. Would stay here again next time we are in the area!

J's place was spacious, bright and airy, 4 minute walk to the train that took us directly to City Hall-within a few minutes to Ritten House Sq. Fishtown has cute bars and restaurants in walking distance as well.

Angela was very helpful and active. Great space for small family was in the area for a wedding. Quiet area super clean home will definitely stay again

I have been using Airbnb for a while now and Roberta's place was by far the cleanest place I have stayed. It was also beautiful and exactly as described. Her and her husband were awesome and responded quickly whenever we contacted them! I would highly recommend. The only drawback of the space was the bed was a bit awkward to get in and out of as it was against a wall but that was clearly explained in the description and was not a problem for us however someone elderly or handicapped may have difficulty. Also parking in the area is at a premium but we were very lucky, found a spot right out front! Overall you can't do any better than this place!

This was perfect for a long weekend. It’s walkable with nice restaurants and in a beautiful area. My son and I enjoyed being so close to six flags, soccer fields, shopping and more. We would stay here again.

I enjoyed staying at William's place. Upon calling him, he was very friendly and responsive. He was able to assist with the check in process. The listing itself is very nice. It was clean and made me feel comfortable. Overall, I had a great experience!

Great place to stay, looks just like the photos, and is a great feel for the space. Water didn't get as hot as I would like but still gets to a nice temperature. If getting there later in the day, plan to look for parking as it is all street parking. Availability for parking was within a block or so, which was fine. Overall great night's stay!

This is my second time staying in this apartment and it was just as great as I remembered. Really nice well stocked kitchen as far as cooking materials go and appliances. Also, very comfortable bed, and it’s a nice quiet place with secure parking. Highly recommend and will probably stay there again.

Danni's place offered a relaxing stay for my family of four (including toddler & infant). Her responsiveness before & during the trip was greatly appreciated, as were her clear instructions & city guide. The home offers up multiple places to congregate after a day of touring the city -- the rooftop in particular was lovely even if the weather didn't cooperate. The kitchen was functional and came with a nice welcome basket that my children loved. I also really appreciated the baby items -- gates for the staircases, all outlets covered, toys, a crib, pack n' play, and baby bath. These amenities made it an easy decision to forgo a hotel and made our packing a bit easier too! Fairmount is a walkable neighborhood with plenty of food & coffee options, as well as on-street parking. Hope to visit again soon!

The unit looked newly renovated and was very clean, with ample easy parking behind the house and quick access to the main road. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen is large and spacious. Our host Young was friendly, helpful, and responsive. Be aware that there are numerous interior steps in the apt, for example to get to the bathroom you need to climb up two steps from the living room, and in the kitchen to get to the fridge area you need to also climb up a step. So this apt wouldn't be suitable for a wheelchair user or otherwise significantly mobility-impaired person. If you just use a cane (like me) it is doable. We normally stay with our friends in Chadds Ford, but they were hosting a huge milestone celebration and their house was bursting with relatives, so this apt was an excellent and enjoyable alternate accommodation.
