This was our little home away from home while my son and I visited my daughter. Allison was super responsive!! She contacted us to see if we needed a cot and whether we preferred coffee or tea. Our basket of snacks was a nice touch! We enjoyed our stay!

Raul & Korie’s place was absolutely amazing. It was located in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood and the space made us feel like we were home. You can tell that Raul & Korie take pride in making their place perfect for guests. From the detailed check-in instructions explaining how to access the place and where to park to the lovely snacks and water left for guests to enjoy. The place was very clean and the bed was also pretty comfortable. Do yourself a favor and book this place if you’re in the area. We definitely will do so again!

Anne and Carlos were incredibly responsive and attentive hosts, especially with helping us store our bikes. Their place was charming and the kitchen was well stocked!

Needed a place to stay for the Potato Festival and found this Airbnb with in walking distance of everything I needed for the weekend. Was able to get a pizza one night by walking to the restaurant and was able to cook on the other night. Great location and great place to stay. Feels just like a home.

Had a great weekend here! You can't beat the location...lots of great places to grab a bite and a drink, and a few minute walk to the beach. The home was extremely clean and comfortable for the 2 of us. Would love to stay again in the future!

Robert did a great job at communicating the location. We were anywhere between 30-60 min from all the places we wanted to visit in OBX. The residence was clean and quiet. It was a nice place to get away from the hustle and bustle of OBX.

I'm a foster mother and my current daughter communicated to me that she would love to see her best friend (from a past placement) graduate high school in Currituck. At the last minute, I was able to make that happen - thanks in HUGE part to finding this diamond of a spot that Gia and Shelby host. It was at a local Marina, incredibly close to our graduation location, with an attached restaurant and an amazing array of boats that would delight even the most ignorant of sea-people (such as myself, lol). Also, at the last minute, we included my daughter's other bff in the trio of friends who've been separated for years. I let Gia know, and she enthusiastically gave me the go-ahead, as the unit did allow up to four guests. I've been a foster mother for teens on and off for over 12 years. I have, undoubtedly faced a bit of stereotyping from others. Gia never batted an eye, welcomed my unique family, responded at an astounding rate, and ultimately made my daughter's wish come true!

Our stay at the Sit N' Duck was absolutely perfect! The residence is well laid out with amenities to make your stay as easy and care-free as possible. Mary and Larry provided everything we could have possibly needed, and the washer and dryer were a helpful additional touch. If we wanted a beach day, it was only a 2-minute walk to a very secluded and peaceful section of the beach with great views, the sound of the ocean, and pristine waves. We brought a small beach cart which was easily maneuvered out and down the beach access boardwalk, but if you're packing light it wouldn't be hard to carry everything for the short distance. Even in the rain, there are wonderful covered sitting areas to sit out and enjoy the rain as we read a book or just chatted. Additionally, there's no shortage of things to do nearby in a short drive up to Duck or down to Kitty Hawk or Kill Devil Hills. We couldn't have imagined a better trip to OBX and we look forward to hopefully staying again in the future!

We loved our stay at Karen’s place. The apartment is very comfortable, and the views are spectacular. I wish we had more time to enjoy the offerings. We hope to come back again!

Had a great stay here while in the OBX for a wedding, very easy to go in and out, parking was easy and was accessible to all of our wedding activities while also being quiet and peaceful.

If you are headed to Elizabeth City, you have to stay at Harbour Place! It is immaculate, stylish, and walkable to everything in downtown. Michael is an exceptionally hospitable host. It was quiet and private as well. Slept like a dream. And he really has thought of everything. This Air BNB is top tier! Highly recommend.

The home was clean and instructions were very easy to follow. Since we were looking for a peaceful location on this trip, it fit the bill. The view was worth the cost. We knew there would be others around, as it was described accurately and clearly as a condo community. Supplies were very sufficient for us, and the owners were responsive. Enjoyed this trip!

This was hands down one of the nicest Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at. The studio was beautifully decorated with stylish, comfy furniture and had everything I needed—including a fully stocked kitchen and a great bathroom. The bed was super comfortable, and the linens were of nice quality—not something every host puts thought into, but it makes such a difference! You could tell right away that the host, Shawn, really cares about making her guests feel at home. She had the kitchen stocked with appliances, snacks, and bottled water, which was such a nice touch. The bathroom had a big shower, plenty of towels, and even a cozy terry cloth robe. Shawn also included thoughtful extras like games, beach chairs, and pickleball paddles for the nearby courts. I had the chance to meet her while we were there, and she was so friendly and genuinely interested in making sure everyone has the best stay possible. You can tell she puts a lot of heart into hosting. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Our stay at Erica’s Airbnb exceeded expectations. It was exactly as described—private, spotless, beautifully decorated, and stocked with thoughtful extras. The location was perfect: centrally located to everything, yet tucked away in a peaceful, quiet spot. It had everything we needed and more. Our favorite part was being able to walk right out the door and hike up Jockey’s Ridge to catch the sunset. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this place to anyone vacationing in the area. Thank you, Erica!

To start off, this was mine and my boyfriend’s first time doing vacation by ourselves as we are only 18 years old. Christina was very polite, friendly, and personable upon meeting. On top of that, she was very responsive to any of our questions! It means a lot to us that she was so trusting in letting us stay at her suite despite the common assumptions among young adults behaviors. The suite itself was very cozy and perfect for two! The shower being spacious was such a pleasant surprise. The hot tub was cherry on top. Our favorite activity during the stay being the bikes she kindly lends to guests. The suite was very clean and the AC worked great. Close walk to the beach & any stores you have in mind! Would definitely come back again😁

We had a wonderful stay. Everything was exactly how it looked in the pictures. It was in a very convenient location close to restaurants, shops, & the beach. We would recommend to others and come again!

Absolutely phenomenal, 10 Star host!! Pat communicated with me throughout our booking and stay. During our stay we did have a few questions and she answered quickly. She has a convenient ice maker within the space and while we were there it broke. She immediately ordered a new one and was going to send Chuck to get us bags of ice until the new one arrived. We weren't worried about it but just the thought of them doing that was a plus! She met us at check-in and was very thorough explaining not just everything about the space but also a whole lot about the area, places to go, things to do and such. Both Pat and Chuck are extremely friendly and easy to talk to!! All the extras she included for us was absolutely amazing! She truly thinks about her guests and we could tell it's not just a money thing for them! Just as described, the beach is literally about 100 steps away and so totally enjoyable!! We will definitely be staying at Heathsville OBX in the near future! Thank you so, so much!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We felt right at home and the space was perfection for a quiet getaway that also had local options for good food and fun! The location was extremely clean and had amenities that were super useful (like a roomy closet and table trays!) Also, the room smelled amazing every single time we walked inside! Hosts were communicative and gave clear instructions for check-in and check-out. We would definitely stay again!

The location of this Airbnb was perfect and Gia the host provided ample recommendations and helpful information making our stay even more relaxing and enjoyable. I had a great stay at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described - clean, cozy, and in a great location. Sarah was super responsive and made check-in a breeze. Just a heads-up for future guests: there’s no full stove, only a small electric induction cooktop. It’s perfect for light meals, but not ideal if you’re planning to cook bigger dishes. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!
