Location a dir poco perfetta , posizione centralissima e facile da raggiungere , casa ospitale e spaziosa con tutti i tipi di confort. E poi il valore aggiunto è l'host ..Nadia ...Superbgentile e disponibile...non si vede ma c'è...per qualsiasi esigenza. Complimenti ti

The place was very clean and super easy to check in to. The host communicate clearly and well, as well made themselves available for any questions. Would recommend. Shops and restaurants all walking distance.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene, l'ambiente è piccolo ma ben organizzato, si vede che è stato ristrutturato da poco. La zona è molto tranquilla e facilmente raggiungibile.

Un posto bellissimo immerso nel verde, un giardino condominiale di fronte al monolocale( dotato davvero di tutto ciò che occorre) con alberi di fichi e carrube dove i nostri cagnolini hanno gradito stare, il tavolino fuori dove mangiare, zanzariere in tutta casa, tv, casa fresca e silenziosa, poco fuori dal borgo dove non c’è nulla, ma a 10 minuti da spiagge bellissime con un mare pazzesco. Consiglio a tutti di venire in questo posto,sono una viaggiatrice e una Superhost di Roma e quindi potete fidarvi. Patrizia carinissima e gentile.Andate, andate,andate

An unparalleled and unforgettable experience… We loved every detail of the apartment. The beds were very comfortable, the bathroom was the most interesting I have ever seen (with tall glass panels). Giovanni was very helpful answering all our questions. Oh and the floors were beautiful as well. It’s like stepping back in time which for me is very special! (thank you for the oranges, coffee, and cake)…..

Il soggiorno nell'appartamento di Marco è stato davvero piacevole. La casa è ben curata, pulita e dotata di tutti i comfort necessari per un soggiorno senza pensieri. La posizione è comoda e tranquilla, ideale per rilassarsi. Marco è un ospite eccezionale: sempre disponibile, cordiale e attento a ogni dettaglio. This is a very charming and substantial historical residence in Decollatura. We stayed here as it was walking distance to our family who we were visiting for almost a week. Arcangelo and his family were perfect hosts making us feel welcome and responding to queries in a timely manner. It is such a joy to stay in a home that is used by a family as it means that everything you need to be able to cook and entertain is right here. We had a wonderful time having our family of 12 people for a beautiful lunch. There are also places to eat out, (although we mostly ate with our family in their homes). The garden and grounds are also very beautiful. We cannot recommend Arcangelo and his beautiful home enough, I hope we get to stay again!

Antonio, his wife and mother Mina were so warm and welcoming. Our trip from Rome was much longer than we anticipated and they waited up until 1:30 am to let us in. The home is beautiful and so well equipped for a comfortable visit. Mina so graciously, took us to restaurant, where we could eat and helped us connect with our distant relatives. The whole experience was a dream come true for us. We were only here for two days but I would highly recommend a longer stay. The views are beautiful. A great place for an artist or writer or anyone needing to be restored. God willing we would love to return.

È stata una piacevolissima sorpresa. Nicola e sua moglie ci hanno accolto come grandi amici premurosi cordiali. La casa è ancora più bella che in foto. Non mancava nulla ...coccolati e accolti abbiamo passato una splendida vacanza. In 3miniti a piedi raggiungevamo la spiaggia per goderci la sera un impagabile tramonto su una spiaggia meravigliosa. grazie di cuore. Più che soddisfatti.

Ho trascorso qualche giorno in questa casa, molto bella e situata in un bel borgo vicino Lamezia raggiungibile in pochi minuti, la casa è attrezzata di tutto il necessario oltre ad essere molto pulita e ben divisa la consiglierei a chiunque voglio passare qualche giorno di tranquillità a 2 passi dal mare e dalla montagna, la signora Maria Antonietta molto disponibile e professionale la casa al nostro arrivo era in ottime condizioni, al check out era presente anche il marito brevissima persona, tornerò sicuramente!

Abbiamo passato 10 giorni meravigliosi a casa di Sergio. Pulizia e attenzione ai dettagli, grandi e comodi spazi esterni, ma soprattutto una posizione favolosa. Giardino direttamente sul mare, spiaggia praticamente riservata al residence. La notte solo il rumore delle onde. Consigliatissima.

Fuscaldo ist ein ruhiges, schönes Dorf. Guiseppe und seine Eltern wachen höflich und unkompliziert. Die Ausstattung ist einfach aber ausreichend. Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt.

This was the perfect place to stay in Cosenza! It’s clean, located in the center, and has everything you need to be comfortable (great bed, strong air conditioning, etc). Francesco is an amazing host who loves to share his city with his guests, and I had a great time getting shown around on a tour he gave me. See you next time!

Anna ist eine sehr herzliche Gastgeberin. Sie hat uns sehr gute Tipps gegeben und alle unsere Fragen sofort beantwortet. Die Unterkunft hat den großzügigen Charme der 60er Jahre im mediterranen Stil. Der riesige Balkon und die Terrasse mit dem Panoramablick übers Meer ist fantastisch. Wir kommen sicher wieder.

Siamo stati accolti con calore e attenzione, la casa comoda pulita e con tutto ciò che serve, balcone ampio in cui ripararsi nelle ore calde, Facile accesso al mare raggiungibile a piedi, Spiaggia tranquilla e mare molto bello Vicini tranquilli e piacevoli Facile raggiungere in auto posti stupendi più o meno rinomati, sia borghi che punti in natura (spiagge molto belle con scogli o boschi in montagna) Per vacanze in pace e serenità

The flat is in a grand old house at the entrance to the old town. It is beautifully renovated (we loved the old tiles on the floor), has a large modern kitchen (with more than we needed) and a very nice bathroom. There's a great view from the balcony. The famous ice cream shop Sicoli and good restaurants (e.g. the friendly Cantina Amarcord or the posh L'800) are just around the corner, and the station as well as the sea are within easy walking distance. Amantea is also a good location for excursions in the surrounding area, e.g. to the old towns of Fiumefreddo (visit the Enosteria Convivio for amazing food!) or Belmonte.
