We really enjoyed our stay. Home was decorated very nicely, was comfortable for our group of 4. Neighborhood was quiet and located close to the highway to reach all of the attractions. Morgan was extremely nice and responded to any questions promptly.

Terry was really helpful, my family enjoyed the place it was like we were at home, and the little Walmart was walkable Thank you Terry, if my family ever come back to Atlanta again we will definitely stay at your place again if available

We had a great stay for our daughters med school graduation. Clean comfortable spot for our family. We were just two blocks from her home in a quiet neighborhood Easy walking to restaurants.

I had an amazing stay at the Trace. Everything was as described in pictures . House was free from dirt, dust, and clutter, with surfaces regularly cleaned and maintained. Very clean bathrooms, kitchen and bedrooms with great amenities. Nice outdoor patio. Excellent location, with nearby entertainment, and restaurants. Mark was a very responsive host and worked with me on my last minute stay. I will definitely stay again .

My family and I came to Atlanta for a vending event. This location was amazing. We had no issues entering the unit and it was very peaceful and calm away from all the hustle and bustle. We definitely will want to come back. Thank you Bethanie for assisting us when our flight was changed.

We Loved our stay everything was great the location was fantastic and beautiful the house is just like pictures very roomy very clean beds were comfortable and kitchen has everything you could possibly need. We loved the place! It was a clean, comfy home that felt safe and was close to lots of things we wanted to do during our stay! We walked pretty much everywhere: hotel clermont for the rooftop bar and famous lounge, Ponce city market, food along the belt-line, and the botanical gardens were all awesome. The host Jesse was always responsive too and we appreciated it! Probably the best air bnb I have stayed at in terms of quality, cleanliness and value.

I had a great week at Steven’s place. Location is right in midtown, within close proximity to some fine restaurants and Google office WPT. I was able to walk around though I had a rental car myself. The entire house was clean and tidy. It had this modern but cozy decor, which I really enjoyed. The in-house washer and dryer made my packing easier. For someone like me who was on a business trip, it worked well. The nest (smart home) was set to 70F which was perfect for a good night of sleep. I can’t imagine living without it given the humidity outside. :) Lastly, the guidebook that Steven put together included a few restaurants that I found very tasty. Thanks Steven!

First off I’d like to say Thank You! Iris for letting us stay at your home. We enjoyed our stay. Iris was very helpful when we got there if we had a problem she assisted right away. Close to where I needed to be for my trip. And close to the highway. It really felt like home. And when I return I will only be staying there lol, if it’s available. Once again Thank You! We enjoyed our stay.

We made a last minute visit to Atlanta and I’m happy we were able to book this place. It’s very near the 96 Olympic cauldron and I thought that was cool. East short drive to Georgia Aquarium, zoo, and Coca Cola World. We traveled with our dogs and found the neighborhood to be dog friendly. The area is being revitalized but it was quiet and seemed very safe. Grocery store and pocket restaurants very near. Probably walking distance if you wanted. The king bed was extremely comfortable and we slept very well. House had everything we needed for 4 people and a couple dogs. The Garage was a plus. It is tight but we have a mid size suv and it easily fit. TVs is bedrooms was a plus when everyone needed some space. I would stay again if we are ever back in the area.

Mike’s home was exactly as described and the pictures did no justice! The home was located in a quiet area and was in the perfect location. The home was clean and very spacious! The check-in process was seamless and Mike was very quick to respond to questions and really accommodating! I would definitely choose Mike’s home again in the future when visiting Atlanta!

We enjoyed our stay! The place was very clean and looked like the photos in the listing. We enjoyed walking to a Braves game from the place. Great location and close to many restaurants and shopping and can easily get on two different highways within five minutes, which was helpful for us when we were going to multiple locations for baseball tournament games. Host was always responsive and super friendly! We would definitely stay again!

Was very relaxing when I was able to come back from the VA hospital to shower and eat. I never got to sleep in the bed because I was at the hospital all night. It served its purpose. To come back & shower & change. I spent only a few hours there Andy made my process with this and my brother advanced cancer diagnosis easier telling me if I needed anything. as far as having someone on hand who said if I needed anything to let him know The only downside and the was my fault was I paid to much for the little time I spent there. That’s not Andy’s fault. Andy Thank you for your kindness and support!

Tania’s home is lovely and she is a wonderful host! I stayed for several weeks and my experience was terrific. The home is nicely decorated, very clean and had everything I needed. The gardens are gorgeous and I enjoyed the pool often. It was also nice to be able to park inside the garage. Tania and Luis made me feel at home and were delightful. Thank you!

The home was exactly as described. We felt at home and Cire communicated with us extremely well. He answered and approved our request quickly. He checked on us to make sure everything was good with us during our stay. The kitchen was well stocked with things we needed. The washer and dryer were very convenient. I would choose to stay there again. The only thing I would say needed to be done is clean the carpet on the stairs and dust around the pictures. Other than that everything was great.
