Holiday rentals with beach access in Camp de Túria

Pedro, the host, was very friendly, accommodating and flexible for example with our check in and out times. Any communication was effortless and fast and you got the feeling you were well taken care of. The location is great for walking, running and many water sports. Also, there is a great restaurant El Turco close by. We stayed at the end of February so it was off season and this affected opening times of small beach shops. For example the bakery next door was closed the whole week and the small shop downstairs had shorter opening hours. We had a car so it did not matter since it was very easy to do shopping for example in Pucol.

The apartment is impeccable, a safe area, a little noisy in the morning, but a very good location to get around! I recommend it! The host is super friendly! The apartment is very well equipped!

Elegant beachfront apartment with large terrace ideal for couples who are looking to enjoy a calm vacation with direct access to the beach ⛱️🌊☀️. Going to the local market with bikes, being able to buy fresh seafood, and grill on the terrace was quite a highlight. We enjoyed sitting out evenings with a good local Verdejo wine. Neighbors are quiet and friendly. No excessive loud music in the area. There is a“ Hausmeister“ who attends the property from 9am to 8 pm. Very friendly and cordial. He keeps the common areas well maintained. The apartment is clean, elegant, free of clutter. We cooked several days in the evening and found everything we needed in the kitchen. I took an Uber to the city center for shopping once in a while (just 20min away). In the evening it’s nice to walk down the beach promenade where you also find restaurants to eat and clubs to dance. Overall a great experience👌🏻✨ We will surely book again. Thank you Carlos ✨

Loved everything about this home.. notice I used the word home. Lovely homey touches throughout. The tile work is simply beautiful, the view is breathtaking, the garden is so serene. Very fun yet relaxed area with very friendly/nice neighbors. Would go back in a heartbeat.

Perfect spot for a quiet weekend by the sea with my mother and family. The location on the beach is exactly what we were looking for: peace, sun and the sound of waves crashing. It was plenty of space for the 4 of us and the extra bathroom outside was great for quick showers after a dip in the water. Parking was easy, but I could see it being difficult in the peak seasons based on the availability on a calm weekend. The supermarket is walking distance and has all the necessities, while larger facilities and greater variety of restaurants are within a 10 minute drive. The water was clean and felt amazing even in September. The beach is pebbly, but nothing that wasn't manageable with water shoes. Once in the water, the rocks were minimal and we had a pleasant swim. There are larger rocks creating small coves, but that did not create any issues to swim, but in fact helped break the waves and created calmer waves. Our host was so kind, responsive and pleasant as well. Highly recommend.

My wife and I travelled to Valencia for treatment at IVI and needed to extend our trip at short notice and were looking for a place to stay a short drive from the clinic. Paloma answered all of my questions immediately and the booking was sorted within minutes! For the next week this home became our refuge and Paloma’s support and kindness was immeasurable. We felt instantly at home here. The place was very well taken care of and full of character. As collectors ourselves, we were delighted by the antiques and art. It felt like a museum full of discovery. Paloma was super responsive, always very helpful and replied to all questions and requests immediately. She was accommodating and flexible and we couldn’t have asked for a better host. The location was beautiful, walkable in all directions with no shortage of activities. There was even a 5k running track starting at the flat and following along the bio park which was such a joy for me. As a woman, the area felt safe at all times.

Had a fantastic stay - thank you Maribel! The house and garden were even bigger than they looked in the photos and absolutely perfect for kids to play in. The house was very clean, comfy and well equipped and great for being inside or outside depending on the weather. The neighbourhood was very peaceful and we loved strolling to the beach for a swim each day. Maribel gave some great restaurant recommendations and helped with supermarket directions, and it was an easy walk to churros and icecream at Canet. We’d all love to come back!

Maria's place is in a great spot in town with access to everything you could want. The home itself is well appointed and feels very homey. Our family of 4 including 2 small children were very comfortable.

Beautiful place very clean and well decorated, a really comfortable bed. Very good for enjoying the beautiful beach, less good if you want to visit the city because it takes 40 minutes by bus and after 10:30 p.m. only the taxi remains. Overall it was perfect for calm and direct access to the beach. Rosana is very helpful and friendly. Valencia is splendid!!

A fantastic stay at Silvia’s! She’s a brilliant host, very welcoming, responsive and with a great sense of humour! Silvia place is in fab spot for transport and 5 minutes walk over to the beautiful beaches. We hired bikes for the 3 days to cycle up through the park to the old town, along beach to Little Venice and also down to south beach and lagoon area in between cycling over to the university hockey pitches to take in the Masters euros( the reason for our visit), great cycle tracks throughout and highly recommend. Definetly be in touch with Silvia if (when) returning to Valencia. Thank you!

The iron tripped the fuse and it was a little far from the center, but considering the price performance, it was quite sufficient, and I would like to thank him for thinking of us and putting water and snacks.

The apartment is great, the location is excellent and the host was very attentive and kind at all times.

John himself is such a lovely man, more than helpful and super responsive any time of day. The apartment is spacious and equip with what's needed for a self catering stay. The complex is brilliant and perfect for families, secure and safe with paddle courts, play area and pool etc. Only downside for us was the location, we'd have preferred to be closer to shops, bars and touristy attractions. However these were only a bus ride away and John was brilliant in advising us. Although unable to read Spanish we had no idea supermarkets and shops were closed on Sundays unless you go to central Valencia where the really touristy parts are😅 Overall lovely host, reasonable apartment and complex. Perfect for a relaxing break away from the hustle and bustle of a busy/loud touristy area.

Very good stay in Roberto's apartment. Both he and his father have been attentive to everything we have needed. The apartment is great, with a beautiful and quiet beach nearby, the apartment has phenomenal views of the coast

Wow! What a location and what a view. The condo looked just like the pictures and the beach down below is the perfect family beach. You can wade out into the shallows for a good ways. Lovely town and people. Would go back in a heartbeat.

We were there for my nephews wedding. Wifried's condo was exactly as it appeared in the photos. He meet us at checkin and at check out. Absolutely beautiful view of the Mediterranean. Will definitely be back.

The apartment and its hosts are great. You feel at home, and in a Valencian home. You can get from here to both the beach and the old town. Highly recommended!
