Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Camp Pendleton South

This house was beautiful and the pool was amazing! Gabe was responsive and very friendly. check in was easy. The beds were so comfy, and everything was pristine. thank you again for hosting my family of 9 plus doggies! we will Def be returning soon! p.s. The pool heating was so worth it!

Had a great Time. House is beautiful and the view was outstanding. We loved listening to and seeing the wildlife and birds. The Beds were very comfortable. The Kitchen was well supplied, plenty of dish ware, cups, bowls etc. The Pool table kept us all entertained. We loved having a TV in every room, the 83 in was nice and big. Plenty of seating for meals and for watching TV. The Pool was nice and big, and spa seat us all and got plenty warm enough was a little hard to get in and out of the Pool and Spa with no rails but otherwise great, even saw the owl fly into his home. Overall Fantastic defiantly a 5 Star

This was a great and peaceful home I really enjoyed our stay here and we where Abel to check in early which made it so much better the host was very responsive and friendly can’t wait to come again

Anthony's place was great! He and Amanda were super communicative and the place was easy to get into and was exactly as described. We had a great stay. If you are unfamiliar with the Carlsbad area, as we are, there are a couple of helpful things to know: - there is quite a bit of street noise as the home is directly on the street across from the Pacific. - the beach directly across the street from the house is at the bottom of a bluff - there are quite a few stairs to climb down in order to reach the beach/water. - there is no beach across the street at high tide - the water comes all the way up to the bluff - there are great beaches about a half mile either direction from the home that are easier to access. None of this would have changed our decision to stay, but would've been good to know if we were more familiar with the area. Overall great stay, at the home was very well laid out for my elderly Mother with all amenities on the first floor and not stairs to enter the home.

This house was amazing. We had 2 homes combined into one which was perfect fit for our family with kids. The house was very spacious and relaxing. The pool and hot tub was amazing the entire pool area had a such a peace and tranquility. All i can say you would not be disappointed staying at this house. The host Travis was incredible and very responsive. We definitely stay here again.

Clean beautiful home. Enjoyed parking in the garage. Lovely kitchen stocked well for preparing meals. The high chair truly blessed our family.

Our stay was outstanding! we got in at midnight (well actually 3am because our flight was delayed) and our host not only had the best homemade cookies, but eggs, English muffins, and creamer because she knew we would be in too late and couldn't stop by the store. We thought that was incredibly thoughtful. She made the best Recomendations for food and hikes! The location was ideal, in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood. It was the great because we visited both LA and San Diego and it was almost mid-way between the two. The weather was kind of glummy and cold so if you're traveling in June consider the weather. the set up of the place was great. We traveled with my family of 5 plus our in laws. the inlaws stayed in the down stairs king room and my hubby and I stayed in the king up stairs. Our children stayed in the other two bedrooms. perfect for us. all and all this was a great vacation with amazing and accommodating hosts

My family and I stayed for 3 nights. We chose to stay at an Airbnb for this year's trip to Legoland, and It was amazing! Very clean and comforting, we felt right at home. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. The amenities were above our expectations. We had everything we needed plus more. The host was very responsive and friendly. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Just the perfect spot for our trip!! We truly enjoyed our stay, everything was beautiful and people were so so nice!! We really enjoyed the hottub and the pool, it wasn’t busy at all. The location was perfect for us considering we didn’t have a car so we walked everywhere. So close to the beach and to the harbour. We would definitely go back in a heartbeat!!

We really enjoyed getting out of the city this weekend. Susan’s place is tucked away and peaceful, and it was beautiful! We loved lounging by the pool and hearing all the birds, seeing her horses, and hearing the frogs and crickets at night. Definitely a good place to unwind if you are looking for a place to relax. Susan was really quick to respond to issues and was very proactive. Good place for a couple - just a note that there isn’t a complete closure to the bathroom, but that didn’t bother us at all.

The location was great, close to many restaurants and shops, great ocean breeze, great ocean view from the room, beautiful grounds, and 5 minutes from my sons house on Camp Pendleton!

We loved our stay at Casita Clemente! Barbara provided us with many snacks and recommendations for our short time, and the Airbnb was well stocked with everything we needed (including coffee). Her instructions are detailed and clear as well. As an added bonus, the beach and pier truly are a 5 minute walk away! Just a note that those who have allergies to dust should bring your own fans for sleeping at night! We had planned to use the many fans Barbara provided but couldn’t because they were a bit dusty. But if that’s not a problem for you, you should be good!

Such a great location and price for Oceanside. We are near major routes to everywhere that we wanted to go to, along with a hiking trail. We can hear traffic but it was never a nuisance. The condo is on the 2nd floor, no elevator but was not a problem for us. The kitchen is stocked with pots/pans/dishware but no pantry items. We were pleased with the dishwaher and W/D, and yes, there were detergent available. There was a new sofa bed, and TV with EASY to operate controls (thanks for not having multiple remotes!) There are 3 of us, 2 with low vision so we were extremely pleased with the layout (no Nic-nacs to knock over or excessive furniture to run into). Our hostess was the best, so responsive to all my questions!

We had an exceptional experience! We felt right at home and had everything we needed. The garden was beautiful and we had such a peaceful stay. We were in town for a wedding at the Grand Tradition. It is literally 3 minutes away. Perfect location if you're in town for a wedding!

The place was lovely. It was very central and walkable to the beach and the pier. It had a LOT of amentities and it was spacious The hosts were very communicative. We really enjoyed our stay there and plan to visit again!

Absolutely loved our stay! The place was gorgeous—even more spacious than the photos show. It’s much closer to the beach than we expected, and falling asleep to the sound of the waves each night was pure magic. The location is perfect—walking distance to great coffee spots and restaurants. The hosts were fantastic with communication, and the home was well-equipped with everything we needed. It was quiet, peaceful, and the perfect getaway. We can’t wait to come back!

The house was perfect for us. We played all the activities, cooled off in the pool, and then relaxed in the spa. Sunset and morning views are amazing! Hosts were very responsive. I appreciated the Canva pdf that had all the instructions for checking in and using the house. It was a great experience.

This stay was beyond my expectations. The comfort of the home, the surrounding area, the beautiful views and peacefulness. It was all amazing, didn’t want it to end.

Highly recommend if you’re in town ! Beautiful home with an amazing back yard and a grill if you like to bbq a perfect get away for the family or even just yourself definitely a place I’ll be going back to host where supper friendly and fast with replying and made sure i had everything i needed for the stay

The house was beautiful and well taken care of. It had everything you would need. The checkout procedures were so easy and quick unlike other places I have stayed. The management company was very easy to work with and prompt in communication. I would definitely go back to this house or another one of their properties. It would be perfect for a wine tasting group.

The villa on the hill is a hidden gem that I would gladly go back to. The views were breathtaking from just about any spot on the property. One of my favorite parts about the whole villa stay was sitting in the hot tub watching the sun set in the evening. The villa itself was just as beautiful on the inside as it was on the outside. The owners keep it very clean and stocked with cooking utensils if needed. It was the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of Southern California, and I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and spacious place to stay.

The place was great and the location was perfect for what we were there for. The house had great amenities. It was disappointing to find out that if you wanted to heat the hot tub or use the fire pit there were additional charges for the propane use and it was not included in the cost for the rental so we didn’t use them. Aside from that everything was nice and worked properly.
