During the day, the living room is the ideal place to relax and enjoy the company, and at night, the sofa becomes a large and comfortable double bed where you can rest peacefully. The master bedroom will give you dreamy nights, with its comfortable bed and en-suite bathroom. The high-end finishes and design details will make you feel like you are in a luxurious five-star hotel. For your convenience, an umbrella is available in the flat in case of rain during your stay. If you are traveling with a baby and need a crib and high chair for your stay, you can request them in advance. The lighting throughout the apartment has been carefully designed and domotized to create different atmospheres. Fully equipped: sheets, towels, amenities kit in each bathroom, consisting of 2 gel-shampoo dispensers and 2 rolls of toilet paper. In the kitchen you will have at your disposal a welcome kit consisting of: 1 bottle of dishwasher 30ml, 1 scourer, 1 multipurpose cloth and 1 garbage bag. IMPORTANT: FOR REASONS OF HYGIENE, WE DO NOT LEAVE ANY FOOD PRODUCTS: NO OIL, NO SALT, NO VINEGAR, NO SUGAR. NO COFFEE OR TEA EITHER. It also has a microwave, toaster, coffee maker, washing machine, hair dryer, heating and air conditioning. You will be surrounded by the best haute cuisine restaurants and entertainment options. If you have access to a private vehicle, you will be able to move around the city more flexibly. Keep in mind that the centre of Madrid can have heavy traffic, especially during rush hour, so it is advisable to plan your trips in advance and consider other options if traffic is heavy. From the moment you make your booking and throughout your stay in the accommodation, until the moment you leave, I will be at your disposal to make your stay as pleasant as possible. As an added benefit for our guests, no additional charge will be applied for check-in after this time, offering you greater flexibility in case of a later arrival. We also offer early check-in and late check-out at no extra cost, subject to apartment availability. Please note that in case of lost keys or if keys are left inside the apartment, the cost of locksmith services (€150) will be the responsibility of the guest and must be paid directly to the locksmith. It is important to note that parties and noisy gatherings are strictly prohibited. Violations may lead to fines imposed by the appropriate authorities. Beds and towels will be prepared for the number of people indicated in the reservation. Accommodating more people than specified in the reservation is not allowed. We kindly remind you to turn off lights and air conditioning when leaving the apartment, and to take out the trash daily, especially during summer months. Please ensure that the apartment is left tidy upon your departure and treat the space with respect. Tourist flat registered and in compliance with current regulations. Modern and cosy flat in General Ricardos, a few metres from the historic Puente de Toledo. It has one bedroom with double bed, sofa bed, Smart TV, air conditioning and heating. There will be building work taking place between 12 July and 9 August, which may cause some noise; please bear this in mind before making your booking. Modern and bright duplex located on General Ricardos Street, just a few steps from the historic Toledo Bridge. Ideal for families or groups, it combines comfort and privacy on two levels. Layout of the accommodation: Living room: Spacious and cosy, with a sofa bed, Smart TV, air conditioning and ducted heating. It has blackout curtains for greater light control and privacy. The kitchen is right next to the living room, in a separate room with a door. Kitchen: Fully equipped with ceramic hob, microwave oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, refrigerator and basic utensils. A welcome cleaning kit is included. Bedrooms: - First floor: Bedroom with double bed and Smart TV. - Second floor: Bedroom with two single beds and a beautiful bay window, also equipped with blackout curtains. Bathroom: Features a large shower and a set of basic amenities (2 gel-shampoo dispensers and 2 rolls of toilet paper). Important: Food items such as oil, salt, vinegar, sugar, coffee and tea are not provided. Services for families: Finally, a cot and high chair are available on request. We just need you to request them in advance to have them ready for your arrival. Our apartment complies with all current tourism regulations in Spain. It has an official rental registration number as a tourist apartment and a license. When you arrive at the flat, I will meet you in person. If, for any reason, I am unable to do so, I will offer you the option of a self check-in. Check-in after 18:00h and until 21:00h will have an additional charge of 20€ to be paid by the guest at the time of key handover. Check-in after 21:00h and until 23:00h will have an additional charge of 30€ to be paid by the guest at the time of key handover. The check-in timetable is until 23:00h at night, as indicated in the house rules. If due to circumstances beyond our control (flight delays, etc.) you arrive after 23h, I can offer you the option of someone to meet you in person (there is no possibility of self check-in and the check-in must be in person) and in this case, you will have to pay 35 € at the time of delivery of keys. From 01h to 02h, 50 euros. After 02h it is NOT possible to stay in the flat. We offer early check-in and late check-out free of charge, subject to availability in the flat. The guest will be responsible for the cost of the locksmith service in case of lost or forgotten keys inside the flat (150€ to be paid to the locksmith before opening the flat). Noisy parties and gatherings are strictly forbidden, under sanction of the competent authorities. The beds and towels are prepared for the number of persons indicated in the reservation. It is not permitted to accommodate more people than indicated in the reservation. Turn off the lights and air conditioning before leaving the flat. Leave the house tidy before you leave. This fully equipped apartment offers 60 square meters of living space, comprising a living-dining room, an open-plan kitchen, two double bedrooms, and two bathrooms. It can accommodate up to four people, making it perfect for families, couples, and business trips. The apartment features a stylish design, high-speed Wi-Fi, and climate control (air conditioning and heating). The living room includes a sofa, dining table, and Smart TV. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped (oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, ceramic hob, etc., plus a washing machine in the bathroom). The master bedroom, with ample wardrobes, features a 150x190 cm double bed. It has an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom also has a double bed of the same size. There is another separate, spacious bathroom with a shower. The apartment is equipped with an iron and ironing board, toaster, hairdryer, and more, and comes with bed linen and towels. It is located on the second floor of a brand-new building with an elevator. This apartment is not a tourist accommodation and is therefore not rented for tourist stays. It is rented only for temporary stays for work, study, medical reasons, etc. The tenant must sign a temporary stay contract, which will be provided before moving in. This contract will primarily outline the conditions agreed upon at the time of booking, the purpose of the rental (it cannot be for vacation or tourist purposes), and the prohibition of subletting and carrying out alterations. During your stay you have access to the entire home, so you can enjoy the entire apartment. You can use all the rooms and the fully equipped kitchen to prepare your favorite dishes. The home is delivered with bed linen and towels (one set for each guest). In the bathroom, you will find small bottles of hand soap, shampoo and shower gel for the first day.
