Casa Namaste is a small stone cottage with well-kept interiors 1 km from the medieval village of Montescudaio. The house is completely surrounded by woods and centuries-old oaks. 150 meters away flows the Cecina river. In the 5000 square meter garden there is a natural spring with a large stone tub to cool off and an outdoor hot shower surrounded by greenery. We have a Vodafone adsl line with download 33 and upload 1.4. Smart TV and air conditioning are also available starting this spring

The Terrazza del Borgo is a place where time slows down and the gaze is lost on the horizon. Located in Campiglia Marittima, one of the most beautiful villages in Italy, this exclusive apartment offers an extraordinary panoramic view that embraces the sea and the gentle Tuscan hills, listening only to the birdsong and the rustling of the wind. The villa built entirely of stone gives our guests a relaxing stay in complete privacy but also pleasant excursions in the surroundings and the sea. The pool water is heated IMPORTANT: it is heated in the mid-season periods 28° (May-June) (September-November) IMPORTANT: We are immersed in nature and in the woods so there are flying insects! The Casa del Poggio (house at the hill) is located in the hills of Castagneto Carducci and is part of our organic farm. It is immersed in a peaceful countryside surrounded by olive groves, vineyards and woodland and enjoys a beautiful view of the sea and the castle of Castagneto Carducci. At the same time its position allows you to reach the village in just 10 minutes by foot and the beaches of Marina di Castagneto in 10 minutes by car or bus.

Medieval house located in the historic center, La Casa Antica, newly renovated is one of the few to offer a terrace-garden. At the top of a hill, close to the sea, (6 km), the Maremma Natural Park, the house consists of a kitchen/dining room, a living room with two beds arranged as a sofa, two single bedrooms, each with a shower room-toilet. In a timeless space, along the Etruscan shore, La Casa Antica is like the Dolce Vita.

A short walk from the historic center of Campiglia Marittima, a house from the 1800s with thick stone walls that already offer excellent insulation from the summer heat, plus air conditioning, a convenient location to get to by public transport... a small corner of the garden equipped with a small table and barbecue for summer evenings!!

Take it easy in this unique and relaxing space. A peaceful place hidden in one of the pedestrian streets in the heart of Campiglia Marittima, located behind Palazzo Pretorio. A large room, with a kitchenette, dining table, comfortable and spacious sofas, and a bunk bed. You will have a bedroom separate from the main room, overlooking the typical streets of the medieval village.
