Gaze over stunning 180-degree views of islands on Lago Maggiore from the expansive, floor-to-ceiling windows of this lovely, 230-year-old rustic stone villa. Antique furnishings perfectly complement the historic architecture. The house is on 3 floors so a fair bit of walking up and down stairs is required. The main bedroom is on the upper floor and the 2nd bedroom (two single beds) and bathroom on the lowest floor. Ideal for couples and families but not for the elderly or groups of 4 adults.

Newly renovated apartment curated by a prestigious studio architect has focused on the enhancement of spaces, both indoor and outdoor. The insulation and lighting of spaces and surfaces are also taken care of. Ideal apartment for 4 people but with the possibility of accommodating 6, in addition to the master bedroom, a sofa bed is available in the living room, and, if necessary, even two vanishing beds under the living loft. The beds are a king one and eventually an extra bed.
