Situated in the open countryside, the house is accessed via a driveway shared with another private residence, with parking available right next to the building. The layout includes two double bedrooms, a room with two single beds (situated as a walkthrough space between the staircase and the second double bedroom), a terrace, an eat-in kitchen, and a small sitting area.
