The charming duplex-style apartment is located in an old Ticino house expertly restored in 2022 (Cà Nizza) in Marolta, a hamlet of Acquarossa. The place offers the possibility of a relaxing and regenerating stay in a so-called "energy place" in contact with nature and the traditions of one of the most fascinating valleys of the Southern Alps. The building, built starting from the end of the 1700s, retains the typical characteristics of the time.
