As três casas são de frente para o mar, tem dois andares, três banheiros com ducha e box de vidro temperado, ar condicionado em todos os quartos, sala, Smart TV LED, WIFI, cozinha com microondas, sacada de frente para o mar com churrasqueira (e pia de granito), máquina de lavar roupas, umas cadeiras de praia, um guarda sol, uma garagem privada (o condominio tem mais espaço), e sao para máximo 6 ou 7 pessoas, dependendo da casa. As três casas tem o mesmo tamanho, mas são configuradas diferente.

All have parking in front of the property and private entrances. The space has a common lawn area, where we have sun loungers and sun umbrellas . In the same location, we have a shower for intense cleaning and bathing .
