The house among olive trees

A cottage made up of stone and timber built on two storeys, with a large living room, glass window, a couch for two people and a bathroom with sauna; on the second storey there is a double bedroom. Outdoors, there is a large garden with a porch equipped with BBQ and a wooden table. The site is located on the pleasant hills between Bellegra and Olevano Romano. We have currently added two beds, set up in a wonderful Indian teepe available for two extra guests in addition to the four ones.

One hour by train and car from Napoli and Roma. Please note: we don’t have self check-in, because we like to meet and welcome you in person. Therefore the check-in times is strict and only possible in the afternoon between 3 and 8pm. We can try to accommodate different times of requested fairly in advance. Thank you

Living Sperlonga

Living Sperlonga is a beautiful house with direct access to the sea, located on one of the most beautiful beaches in Sperlonga. We are on via living rooms where a private access with a boulevard of about 70 meters leads to the house by the sea. The house is 90 sqm with large outdoor space and garden and consists of: large living room, kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms one of which is outside. There are also sun loungers and umbrellas to fully enjoy the sea of Sperlonga.

It is nice to think to spend your holiday in a 16th Century seawatch tower, sharing a piece of its history. Only 10 min walking from Terracina. The venue is unique and exclusive with private access to the sea, a jacuzzi swimming pool and parking space in the property. It is provided of outdoor area with deck chairs and sun loungers. The recently renovated Tower consists of an open-space with king size bed and a single one for a third guest, kitchen, bathroom, finely furnished.
