Dammuso Il Falco and La Luna with Villa

The property consists of 2 dammusi equipped with all the necessary comforts to make your stay is as relaxing and carefree as possible. The property is surrounded by 8000m square of land cultivated with olive grove and with the famous zibibbo of Pantelleria. The large patio has a full equipped kitchen, a washing machine and dish washer, a large table, a wood burning oven, stone grill and comfy sofa. There are 2 outdoor showers, with hot water, and a swimming pool (10th June -30th Sep)

Le Case del Principe are located on the beautiful and enchanting island of Pantelleria, in the heart of the Mediterranean Sea, between Sicily and North Africa. Our houses were built in the ’70s by Prince Paolo Sallier de La Tour and his wife Costanza, who created this little oasis of peace and relaxation in the place they loved. We have seven “dammusi”, as the stone-built houses typical of Pantelleria are called, each far enough from the others to ensure its own privacy and silence.

Mine is an ancient renovated Dammuso with 180° sea view, Arabic garden, outdoor shower, hammock, BBQ, sunrise and starry sky. The building dates back to the end of the 1800s and retains the authentic elements of the period: vaulted roofs, stone archways, alcoves and walls up to 1.2 meters wide to counteract the heat and keep the environment cool. The village is 4km away and the nearest sea point is Campobello. It is suitable for couples and lovers of tranquility.

Dammuso Nicole - Dammusi between Lake and Sea

CIR: 19081014C208739. Our dammusi are located a stone's throw (250m) from the 'Specchio di Venere' lake with thermal mud and hot waters and a stone's throw (250m) from the sea. The dammuso Nicole is located in Kattibuale, 10/15 minutes from the center by public transport. The bus stop is a few meters from the dammuso, however it is advisable to rent a scooter/car. The Dammuso Nicole has: -1 double room -2 bathrooms - outdoor shower - barbecue.

Splendid property consisting of two independent dammusi with private terraces and sea views: a two-room and a three-room apartment, both fully equipped with every comfort necessary to spend a wonderful vacation.
