Waterfront holiday rentals in Campulongu

Our stay Max and Davide’s apartment was lovely. The flat is clean, much bigger than expected and nicely decorated. The location is perfect for accessing town and the beach and on a quiet street. Our communication with Max was very good and he had gave us loads of recommendations and tips, and he let us leave our bags in a locked room after checkout when we had a late flight.

I loved my stay! The view is to die for and Andrea is an exceptional host. The apartment is located in a woodsy village that overlooks the sea. The large living room window was one of my favorite things and the proximity to the beach was the other. The apartment is basic but had everything I needed. There were beach chairs and an umbrella available for my use also. As a solo female traveler I always felt completely safe. The other people in the village were very welcoming and I never had parking issues. I highly recommended this accommodation.

It was a great pleasure to spend a week in the beautiful apartment. Everything matched Vera's description. The apartment is in a quiet location, has everything you need, and above all, I would like to emphasize the cleanliness and the fantastic location by the sea, including sea views. What a gorgeous place to stay! We chose the location because it looked peaceful, away from the busy city, and near to the water. It was exactly what we wanted - waking up to the sound of the sea, and stunning sunsets on the balcony. It felt very private with lots of places to sit depending on your mood - sun loungers, shaded balconies, outdoor table, or a comfy sofa inside. Everything you need is just a short drive away, and we parked in the large train station car park when we visited Cagliari - 15 Euros all day, pay at the machine. There are loads of lovely sandy beaches heading East along the coast, from 10 to 40 mins away, with free parking. The house was spacious, spotlessly clean and smelled wonderful! The beds were super comfortable and the rooms were dark with the shutters closed. The hot tub was really nice, comfy, everything worked, and we loved watching the sunset from there. Taty & Luca were outstanding hosts, thank you so much for everything!

Stayed in Cagliari for the first time, half on vacation, half working, and Massimo’s place was the perfect home to do that in. It’s located just a couple blocks from the bus and train stations, while also only being just a couple blocks from the main city square. The view overlooking the tree lined park was relaxing and the apartment itself immediately felt like home. The WiFi worked great, even for video calls. As a solo female travel for this trip, I felt incredibly safe too. Plenty of people walking around in the evening, and the building itself was well secured. Massimo was a very organized and proactive host. The flexible self check in was especially appreciated. If I ever return to Cagliari, I would absolutely stay here again.

We had such a great time at this apartment. Very well equipped, way more than what we expected! Everything you need for a beach holiday, great beach equipment and all amenities were new! One of the best Airbnb’s we have been so far! Definitely recommend! 5min walk to the beach and to the bus station. Great communication with Taty, it was even possible to Check-in early and Check-out late as we had a late flight back. We will definitely come back!

Wir haben uns bei Sylvia und Roberto sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, schön eingerichtet und mit gut ausgestattet. Wir haben den schönen Garten und die ruhige Lage sehr genossen und auch, dass der Strand innerhalb von wenigen Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar war. Ein idealer Ort um sich zu erholen und Ausflüge zu machen.

Super séjour. accueil charmant… et propreté irréprochable 👌 L’appartement possède l’essentiel sans le superflu … on s’y sent bien… la vue est digne d’une carte postale. 🤩 simple, efficace , pas surchargé mais néanmoins cosy et disposant de matériel de qualité … Nous avons apprécié l’accueil de Tatiana et de son mari qui parle super bien français : un plus 😉. Michele,ein sehr freundlicher und hilfreicher Vermieter. Empfangen wurden wir mit einer Flasche Prosecco und kleiner Brotzeit sehr lieb. Sehr gut zu erreichen wenn man Fragen hatte. Unterkunft wie beschrieben sehr Strand nah und kurz zu Fuß über ein Stück Privatweg zu erreichen. Klar könnte man Kleinigkeiten bemängeln bzw. einen Ratschlag geben wie eventuell mal neue etwas bequemere Terrassenmöbel ,aber das ist meckern auf hohem Niveau 😃. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen und können diese Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen. Aber vielleicht gar nicht so gut,denn wenn sich erstmal rumspricht wie schön Sardinien ist ,kommen ja so viele auf die Insel. Bis jetzt geht das mit dem Tourismus noch hatten wir das Gefühl.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das airbnb ist genau wie auf den Bildern und hat , neben dem beheizten Pool auch einen wunderbaren Meerblick aus einem der Schlafzimmer. Die Nachbarschaft war sehr ruhig und überhaupt nicht störend. Es haben anfangs ein paar Basics wie eine Bialetti oder Bedsheets gefehlt. Das war aber kein Problem durch die schnelle Antwort von Lucca wurde alles prompt gebracht. Wir hatten einen perfekten Urlaub in Villa Lolly

Ich kann das Haus von Andrea nur empfehlen, ein nettes kleines Haus, mit allem, was man so braucht. Es ist maximal eine Minute zu Fuß vom Strand entfernt. Für mich persönlich war der Kontakt und Austausch mit Andrea ein Highlight. Er war super und gefühlt ständig zu erreichen, hat uns super viele Tipps gegeben und sogar zu einem Freund miteingeladen. Gefühlt ab Minute eins war es ein freundschaftliches Verhältnis! Auch als wir einen Medizinischen Notfall hatten, hat er in den Krankenhäusern angerufen, sich erkundigt und uns super geholfen. Lieber Andrea, danke für die schöne Zeit und bis ganz ganz bald!

Die Unterkunft liegt etwas abseits von Villasimius, nur ca. 600m von der nicht sehr stark befahren Hauptstraße entfernt in sehr ruhiger Lage. Es gibt zwei direkt benachbarte Anwesen, die vermutlich auch Ferienhäuser sind, aber jetzt Mitte Oktober standen diese leer. Parken ist direkt vor der Haustür möglich. Der Wohn- und Essbereich ist sehr geräumig, ebenso das Haupt-Schlafzimmer sowie der umzäunte Gartenbereich. Alle Fenster und Türen sind mit Moskitonetzen "gesichert". In den Morgenstunden fliegt jedoch sehr wenig bis nix und man kann wunderbar auch im schönen Garten frühstücken :-) Bis zum Meer sind es nur ein paar hundert Meter, wobei der am nächsten liegende Strand nicht der schönste in der Umgebung ist. Man muss aber nicht weit fahren, um schöne felsige Sandstrände zu erreichen, die um diese Jahreszeit auch nicht so stark frequentiert waren. Villasimius selbst erreicht man in 5min mit dem Auto. Dort gibt es schöne Läden, Restaurants und gutes italienisches Eis!!! Empfehlenswert

Sehr schönes Appartement und sehr freundliche Gastgeber in einer Traimgegend (perfekte Strände und dauernd gutes Wetter). Gute Empfehlungen der Gastgeber zu Restaurants und Ausflügen. Sie waren immer schnell erreichbar wenn es eine Frage oder ein Problem gab. Danke für einen tollen Aufenthalt

Christina’s villa by the beach in Costa Rei was an awesome place to stay. It was just steps away from a beautiful beach and the Ginepro Beach Club! There is a nice selection on restaurants and a grocery store just a few blocks up the hill. Costa Rei offers quick access to a wide selection of activities and destinations and of course uncrowded world class beaches and the beautiful sparkling clear Mediterranean sea!! We highly recommend Christina’s villa in Costa Rei Sardegna for your next relaxing beachside getaway.

Casetta vicinissima ad una bella spiaggia e dotata di tutto il necessario per trascorrere in serenità la propria vacanza. La casa era molto pulita e il self check in ci ha dato la possibilità di poter essere libere di entrare in casa nell' orario che ci veniva più comodo. Michele è un host reattivo e disponibile e ci ha dato consigli utili sulle cose da fare/vedere. Consigliato

We had a wonderful stay at Christina’s apartment. The view was great! The big street in from of the apartment can be a little bit annoying when you are outside. There is a big parking lot directly in front of the apartment and two big supermarkets nearby. Totally recommend!

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden wieder buchen. Wichtig zu wissen: wir hatten kein Netz (aber WLAN war top!), es gibt einen Gasherd und keinen Backofen, das nächste Haus ist wirklich direkt nebenan (Terrassen nur durch Vorhang getrennt). Das Nachbarhaus war aber unbelegt. Zum Strand sind es 300 m zu Fuß.

Wir wurden herzlich von Monica in Empfang genommen und sie hat uns auch alles wichtige gezeigt zur Wohnung. Vom Balkon der Wohnung hat man einen schönen Ausblick aufs Meer und generell liegt sie sehr gut um Restaurants oder sonstiges zu Fuß zu erreichen. Insgesamt kann ich die Wohnung jedem weiter empfehlen, da sie zudem sauber als auch gemütlich war. Wenn

Cute and charming apartment, incredible view, perfect for exploring the local stunning beaches. Marina & Enrico were excellent hosts, there to welcome us in person with local wine and pastries. Great communication despite the language barrier. Would definitely stay here again.

The host was incredibly kind and thoughtful. She knew we would be tired after the Chia run and, since she was nearby in Pula, she immediately called and offered to pick us up by car. She also kindly offered us a throw to use on the beach after we checked out, as we wanted to relax there until it was time to catch our bus. The bedroom doesn't have a heater, so it can feel colder compared to the living room. However, the location is fantastic—very close to the beach and surrounded by beautiful spots. The walk along the Strada Romana toward Chia was absolutely amazing. Heads-up for travelers without a car: there’s no supermarket in Pinus Village. If you need any supplies, you’ll have to arrange a ride to Pula. Buses are there but the frequency is quite limited. ( use app “ DropTicket” to avoid paying more onboard ).

The ALMAR condo in Poetto was exactly what we were looking for while staying in Cagliari. Immaculate living quarters and a great location for our stay. Daniela was a wonderful host who was very helpful snd friendly. Would absolutely stay at the condo again should we find ourselves back in Cagliari!

Really nice place. We loved the view, the terrace, the jacuzzi and the grill. The furnitures and every little detail in the house completed our stay, so nice and beautiful. Noemi was so helpful and kind. Parking is no problem. We were a little surprised that the neighbours were so close, but it was not a problem at all. A quiet area and we almost didn't see or hear them. We will for sure be back. We traveled a family at four with 2 young adults, for 14 days. Really nice stay in a beautiful and clean house, love it.

Vi hade några fina dagar i Poetto. Boendet var rent och fint och nära stranden. Silvia är en fantastisk värd. Hon var mycket hjälpsam. Hon svarade snabbt på frågor. Hon gav tydliga instruktioner för lägenheten och bra information om området. Rekommenderar detta boende.
