Waterfront holiday rentals in Canada

the Flat was perfect, exactly what we needed. ideal location for getting to Golden and more importantly, the activities we wanted to do near Golden i.e. the Golden Skybridge and Glacier (white water) Rafting being a short 15 min drive away. There is plenty of wildlife to watch from the balcony outside and pretty awesome sight to see the trains pass by so close. Train is a bit noisy but with windows shut we had no problem sleeping.

Roy place was amazing! Fantastic view, quiet, cozy, private. All info about surroundings were left in the apartment. Very easy access to this place, and fridge was loaded with home made goodies. Roy was taking care of us pretty good. All the time you feel like home. Roy, thanks for everything, you should be proud of your beautiful place….happy travellers…E&J

Derek and Doreen were extremely friendly, responsive, and hospitable, everything in the suite and in the backyard was as shown, if not better. They even gave us a gift as we had mentioned our wedding day was the day prior, couldn’t recommend them and this place enough, we would book again in a heart beat, thanks for everything Derek and Doreen!

A friend and I decided to head north for a quick night away. Taurean’s “King’s Den” apartment was the perfect choice! A gorgeous accommodation, filled with special little extras and attention to detail! We enjoyed our stay and will be back!

Matt and shauna were marvellous hosts!! they were extremely responsive and very kind! The house was perfect! Exactly as described, right by the water, for a great price! The cutest place with a full kitchen which was greatly appreciated! The weather wasn’t great but nothing a great book and even better view couldn’t fix! It made the perfect destination for our girls trip! 1000/10 recommend staying with them if you can!

Le logement de Cynthia et Nicolas est l’un des meilleurs que nous avons fait grâce a sa vue imprenable sur le lac mais aussi par les délicates attentions laissés par les hôtes. La literie est très confortable et nous nous y sommes sentie bien. Nous le recommandons sans aucun doute !

Après 3 jours sur Toronto,le logement de Tunde est un havre de paix. logement très bien entretenu et qu'elle vue 🤩. Bon endroit pour se rendre 1 journée au Parc Algonquin (80km entrée Est du parc). visite des chutes d Egen (petite balade pas loin de Bancroft). commerce à Bancroft pour les courses. Tout était parfait et Tunde réponds rapidement à nos questions. je recommande ce logement.

The nortehaus was definitely an inspiring and well designed space we enjoyed. Nestled in the middle of nature, you can definitely feel the calmness and quietness of it all. Parker was responsive and made sure our stay was seamless. Would book again!

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The house was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was great and made getting around easy and convenient. My host was friendly, responsive, and made sure I felt welcome from the moment I arrived. I really appreciated the attention to detail and thoughtful touches throughout the home. Jim was a great host! The place was exactly like the pictures. Beautiful view, we had everything we needed, everything was spotless and the beds were super comfy. Wish we could have stayed a little longer!! Kingsville it s cute town with lovely restaurants a nice shops!

Sandra's place is truly special. Fully equipped house, large quantity of treats, fridge was packed with eggs, various crepes and waffles mixes, drinks, and a lot more. Sandra anticipated our needs and started the fireplace before our arrival (it was chilly and we were on motorbikes). Bath setup was amazing, and shower was spacious and packed with different soaps and shampoos. The bed was very comfortable and we slept so well. We were just passing by, but wished we could have stayed several days.

This was, by far, the best air bnb we have stayed at! Fully stocked with all the extras, beautifully clean! The view was gorgeous, sound of the water so peaceful! Thank you so much for your thoughtful preparations! We’re not able to use the kayaks, water was a bit rough and still cool! But, we had loads of fun! Would love to come again!

Has a real “Wow”factor as soon as you walk in the door. The upper bedroom area is amazing. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything you could possibly need. The back deck and yard, the view….Wow again. Along with the usual suspects we regularly saw Bald eagles, Osprey, Egrets and a Pelican. The surrounding area is beautiful. I highly recommend Red Door Retreat. Despite how wonderful it shows in the photos. It exceeded our expectations. Would not hesitate to return.

Wow, what a view! We watched a bald eagle swoop down and grab a fish from the lake! Very convenient location, as well! We walked to downtown to avoid the parking issue. Make sure to walk to the little beach close by the house. Very pretty! We rented electric bikes to go to the other beaches. We saw bears on the bear trip our host suggested. Also, great restaurants!

This condo was one of the best decorated places I have been. the view is spectacular and is located on a very quiet road. The trade off for not being near restaurants and other shops is that seal bay, one of our favorite hiking spots is 3 min drive away. Having said that, it is a short drive to Comox to get everything else you need. The space is very efficient and the neighbours are nice. We hope to go back soon and thank Kaylee for being a great host.

Gilles apartment is a modern yet cozy and has absolutely incredible views of the river and mountains. It’s a walk from very cute cafes (Bacchus and Ethos) and Golden is a quiet and peaceful town full of many options for outdoor activities. We loved our stay and had 0 complaints. Gilles was super helpful throughout!

C'était un séjour exceptionnel chez Audré, en contact avec la nature et tout près d'un magnifique plan d'eau - la propreté était immaculé, et des belles petites attentions très appréciés (lait, muffins, pain, café, etc.) nous ont simplifier la vie. They condo was one of the best 3 we have ever stayed in. We loved and appreciated all the little touches. We were extremely grateful for the wine, chocolates, cookies...it was nice to discover this after our drive. The condo was spotless, the bed was comfortable, and it truly is a home away from home. We stayed for almost 2 weeks and didn't want to leave yet! It's a nice 1/2 mile walk to the lake and ice cream:). Restaurants, grocery store and other retail is about a 1 mile walk. We absolutely loved the location. We hope to be back again.

Appartement situé dans un environnement calme et reposant. Grâce à la cuisine équipée nous avons pu prendre la plupart de nos repas dans l’appartement après avoir pris un apéritif sur le balcon avec sa vue sur le lac. Merci Katie pour les conseils de randonnée.

Charmant endroit pour relaxer et profiter du bon temps. Il était très facile d’accéder au logement et j’ai apprécié avoir accès à une petite cour. Le condo était propre et commode. Je recommande à tous.
