The Marais will be at 15 minutes walking distance, the Bastille area, Oberkampf and the canal Saint Martin only few minutes, Notre-Dame, Le Louvre will be 20 minutes away with the metro, The Eiffel tower area and Champs Elysees in 25 minutes.
