The Casa del Barone is located inside the ancient Baglio di Borgopetra, built in the 1700s, lovingly restored in the 2000s and since then open to hospitality. Inside the property there are 3 other apartments of different sizes, all tastefully furnished, with family furniture and souvenirs from around the world, arranged around the internal courtyard. The windows of the houses overlook the vegetable garden and the garden, with cascades of geraniums, jasmine, century-old oleanders and the orchard.

The housekeepers will carry out their duties for about a couple of hours quietly and discreetly, respecting the privacy and rest of the guests.

This was the owners' house inside Villa Lionti, a fortified farmhouse made of lava stone dating back to the 1700s. This house has pedestrian and car access, private parking, a private patio, and fine rugs and furniture. The house was renovated in 2026.
