Jane’s place was very nice and clean! We would consider staying here again if we’re in the area. She was very responsive and left delicious muffins for us!

We attended a family wedding so needed a place to stay for the evening of the event. Phil and Kelly accommodated an early arrival and the apartment was perfect. Our stay was full of fun, laughter joy and so many memorable moments. Danny is a magnificent host and just a wonderful person. The accomodations were so comfortable with beautiful grounds to enjoy. The local area and restaurants served amazing delicious food. Our entire experience did not skip a beat and was truly music to our ears if you will. Katherine's location was a perfect stay for 2 or 1 and had plenty of amenities for the week long stay and within walking distance of some favorable restaurants and things to do in North Winton of Rochester. very cozy neighborhood and hardly any disturbance despite the bustle of the city.

This was our second time staying here. We love the peaceful location, yet it’s close to all the great local restaurants, breweries, and wineries. The apartment is cozy and comfortable and great hosts. We look forward to coming back!

Suzanne was an absolute joy. She greeted me upon arrival, oriented me to her living space, and we had such an engaging conversation. When I’m in town I’ll certainly be looking to use her space again. Thanks for it all ma’am.

Never have I ever stayed at a bnb where I want to plan, and accommodation a trip specifically to go back and stay somewhere again. Tricia was so responsive, and so so so kind! We drove 7hrs to this bnb and she was extremely accommodating. Traveling down for a concert, she gave us tips for our adventure on how to make it smooth sailing and when we returned to our bnb quite late we were surprised by a sweet treat she left us! The space itself, is stunning- and the photos do not do it justice. I cannot want to go back, we absolutely love New York State.

Everything was EXTREMELY clean and well-maintained. The location was great and we were able to leave our fishing kayaks by the dock, which saved us a lot of extra hauling. Super friendly neighborhood and excellent hosts.

The place was easy to find and easily accessible. It is a small but cute apartment that was decorated well. It was a cozy place, sufficient for our small family. Would go back again.

Situated in a lovely quiet neighborhood, this place was comfortable and charming. Very nice to walk around and close to town, highly recommend to anyone staying in Geneva!

Had a great stay at Adam’s place! Great location - right next to the downtown area with great shops and restaurants and right next to the lake! The apartment was also so cute and extremely clean. Perfect for our weekend getaway!

Highlights… Easy to find, easy check-in, spot to park, very clean and comfortable, easy to walk into the village, appreciated a few supplies in the kitchen like salt, saran wrap, napkins, olive oil, great restaurants nearby.

We loved the wine down bungalow! It was in a perfect spot and extremely cozy and peaceful. It was very clean and comfortable! The view of the lake was very nice and the shared dock was perfect for a glass of wine and the sunset. I recommend this to anyone wanting a nice getaway!

We’re definitely staying here again! The apartment was clean and spacious, and if we had any questions, they were answered right away. Everything was within walking distance as the apartment was in a great location, and if you had to drive to any of the wineries/breweries/distilleries, they were all within a reasonable distance. Our stay here was fantastic. Joan was an amazing host and had plenty of recommendations on things to do based on what we liked. Could not have been a better experience, the apartment was clean and comfortable, and overall it was such a lovely spot. Waking up to the calm of the area and being so close to so many fantastic local places made this trip one or the best we've ever had. Went for my partner's birthday this all made it truly special.

The place was spacious and relaxing. It had a lot of charm - we loved the old farmhouse feel - and it had everything we needed. I appreciate little things like the electric tea kettle, and that there were extra towels in each bathroom. David was very responsive and helped when we had a small issue, but gave us plenty of space / privacy. We hope to return sometime soon!

We ended our trip staying here before flying out the next morning— cozy space, clean and even fresh flowers greeting us! Host was responsive to a question after we checked in. The vaulted/angled ceiling was a little lower than expected but otherwise, comfortable and great night of sleep! Would recommend to others needing a place in the area!

This is by far one of the best Airbnbs that I have stayed in. The location was perfect and the place was clean. It was super cute and perfect for me and my two daughters. The hot tube was an added plus too!! Would absolutely stay there again! The hosts were super friendly and so helpful. They felt like family. ❤️❤️❤️

Excellent choice for our stay near Canandaigua Lake. Plenty of room, comfort and everything we needed. Great bathroom, large and a shower that was spa like! The hot tub was a great ending to busy days. Thanks for the attention to detail. Holly was very responsive when we had trouble getting on the Wi-Fi. Solved in no time. We’d happily stay again.

5th time staying here. Fabulous place to stay! Walkable distance to food places. Only con was bathtub was a little dirty.
