Concerts take place Saturdays (ONLY)June-Oct. Be advised on concert nights the units deck overlooks the action & can be loud. Not suitable for children 3 & under. Just a short drive (under 10 minutes) to Naples for great dining and entertainment. Note: Due to the hillside location, AWD or 4WD is recommended during inclement weather for safe access.

Blair Farmhouse was built over 100 years ago located in the farming community of Nunda, New York. The home has spacious rooms with large windows. Lots of fresh air sleeping in the summer, and a cozy fireplace in the living room during the winter. This is an excellent get away vacation stay. Guests can enjoy the outdoor firepit, while star gazing at night. The house is surrounded by farmland and deer are seen frequently traipsing across the fields to head toward or away from the creek.

Iris Cottage, Nature on Higgins Creek

Iris cottage is set on a quiet road in WNY just 15 mi. from Letchworth State Park and 5 mi. from Houghton College. Gas fire place greets guests on chilly days and a large deck overlooks woods and Higgins Creek. The kitchen is well stocked and fully equipped. Whether summer or winter this is the perfect place to enjoy WNY nature at its best and get away from it all. 2 bedrooms open to open plan living, kitchen and dining. Onsuite master has a second electric fireplace and deck access.
