Relax and enjoy this cozy little house located centrally in Richland Wa. at the foothills of Badger and Candy mountain. We are near shopping, restaurants, wineries and easy access to the Highway. We have some of the best wineries in the country. Lots of fun hiking trails and outdoor water recreation. The little house has a queen murphy bed, and another queen bed in the loft. It’s designed for 1-4 guests. Kitchenette includes fridge, microwave, toaster, Keurig, blender and electric skillet.

This listing has had some issues because of poor management in the past, these have been resolved with the new management. It is in the heart of West Richland. NOTE: this is a basement walk-out apartment underneath our family’s living space. While we have gone to extensive lengths to eliminate sound transfer, you may still hear occasional footsteps above (especially 7-9 am and 5-7 pm).

New guesthouse built in 2022 located in West Richland, WA near the Columbia River. Some of the best wineries in the country, lots of fun hiking trails and outdoor water recreation. Located in a low traffic area with baseball field and a park within walking distance. 10 minutes from Highway 82. Studio guesthouse has a queen sized Murphy bed, a sleeper sofa, dining table & TV. Kitchenette includes fridge, microwave, toaster oven, hot plate, keurig and blender.
