Everything was great

I stayed in a very spacious, comfortable and complete apartment. The site exceeded my expectations, with all the items needed for a quiet stay — well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, excellent shower and well-organized environments. The service was also impeccable: the host was always attentive, helpful and responded quickly to all questions. Communication was clear and efficient from start to finish. I highly recommend the stay and, if I have the opportunity, I will definitely return!

Alfredo's apartment is wonderful, very comfortable and cozy. The kitchen is well equipped, everything was very clean, the shower is spectacular, access to the property was super easy, communication was very fast and efficient and both he and Serenna were sweethearts! The sofa bed is actually 2 single sofa beds, but we put the mattresses on the floor to form a double bed and it worked out great. We all slept comfortably. The building is on a hill, so get ready to walk a little bit if you don't want to leave by car (for us it wasn't a problem, we were prepared to walk!). The accommodation is about 20 minutes' walk from the most central part of Gramado, which is perfect because it allows us to walk and at the same time it is far from the noise and bustle, in a quieter region. We love it and will come back for sure!

The place is wonderful!!! The lake, the garden and the beautiful ducks. The house is very comfortable, the hosts are very attentive and friendly. Breakfast in a picnic basket, very complete and an excellent detail.

The place gives us tranquility and very cozy! The host was very understanding and patient with us, understood our situation and promptly offered us and explained the solution! The clean and very organized place! The host was very available! I highly recommend it!

We were delighted with the house! A beautiful, cozy place, full of nature and with wonderful energy. We felt completely at home from the first moment. The bunnies are super docile and affectionate. The host Marlene was very attentive, kind and welcomed us with great affection. We had the privilege of hiking with her and it was sensational! We felt like part of the family throughout the stay. We definitely want to come back!

Viviane Space corresponded exactly as the description. I got it because I had a 5-month-old daughter and I had a crib that was great. Clean and cozy environment. Her parents received us with her and live on the same plot of the house. Elderly very polite and kind. For those who have all grade and quiet dogs. Casa para família. I just didn't know that there was only air-conditioning in the couple's bedroom and living room. In the other 2 bedrooms it did not have and as we went at the carnival it was 38° it was impossible to sleep in the bedroom. But in winter it must be fantastic.

The apartment is in a beautiful, safe and quiet condominium, very close to the center of Canela and a few minutes from Gramado. Excellent location! The reception service was perfect, polite and attentive staff. The apartment is as described in the photos, clean, cozy and the perfect size for the stay. I loved it!

The apartment is well located and very complete! There are kitchen, lava and dryer items in it. Large Balconies. It's a great option due to location. We did almost everything on foot! The host is attentive and explained everything right. Oh, and accept pets! we wish to return in the future!

The apartment is comfortable and with fast internet. It could have a little more utensils (wine glasses, dish cloth, detergent and sponge), but it would just be suggested something additional. The location is excellent, next to the crooked street and close to markets, snack bars, restaurants, the indoor street etc. From the balcony of the 414 you can see the building of the Hard Hock Café. Very quiet and quiet place. We congratulate the owners and their employees for their care and attention.

The apt of Timoteo is extraordinary is perfect for a couple or even couple with 1 child (sofa), the apt has all the necessary items for a short or long stay, while the garage is challenging for those who "difficulty with fair spaces to maneuver", I had no problems kkkkkk... other than this spectacular!
