Loved everything about this home.. notice I used the word home. Lovely homey touches throughout. The tile work is simply beautiful, the view is breathtaking, the garden is so serene. Very fun yet relaxed area with very friendly/nice neighbors. Would go back in a heartbeat.

We had a wonderful stay at Jaime’s apartment in Valencia! The place was very clean and spacious, perfect for our family. Unfortunately, we couldn't enjoy the pool as we arrived a bit early in the season and it wasn’t open yet. However, the area where the apartment is located was ideal for children – quiet, safe, and very close to the beach! We honestly couldn’t find a single downside. Everything exceeded our expectations. Thank you, Jaime! We hope to stay at your place again next time we're in Valencia!

The stay in this beautiful apartment was fantastic for us. If you have any questions, you will always be helped, the bathroom and the apartment were clean and without sand (despite the proximity to the beach). The view is great and the way to the sea is done in 2 minutes.

We had a great stay at Beatriz's place. The place is very spacious, comfortable and very welcoming. The terrace is very nice and the urbanization is very nice. As for the equipment, it does not lack anything, both in the kitchen and in the rest of the house. Everything was impeccable. The location is excellent for going to the beach and the village as well as the proximity of several supermarkets. We enjoyed it very much and would definitely come back.

Impeccable and 100% functional apartment. Everything was very clean and the apartment is even better than in the photos. Eva was very helpful, let me check in early and responded quickly. The apartment has all the utensils and amenities available and everything was working very well. Excellent location! It would be back for sure!

A very nice place to stay that I recommend to everyone. Direct location on the beach. Shopping is right around the corner, about a 300 m walk. The beach is very clean.

Great hostess, very clean apartment! Maria responds quickly to questions. I was there with my two daughters, 7 and 9 years old. Good restaurants are (mostly) within walking distance! There is no subway connection. The city can be reached by bus or, as we had, by car in 20 minutes. Large supermarket 1 km away. There are no souvenirs or other shopping options, but if you want that, you can go to the city anyway. The beach is beautiful and never crowded. Almost everything is available in the apartment (parasol for the beach, beach towels, washing machine, etc.). Hand washing is required for the dishes, as there is no dishwasher available. However, flushing utensils are also available. Upon the 1st entry into the apartment, we immediately felt comfortable! We were thoroughly satisfied, and would definitely come back at any time 🥰👍

My family really enjoyed a relaxing stay at Enrique's place! It is located steps away from the beach with stunning views, lots of rooms for everyone, clean, well-decorated, free parking, easy access to shopping and restaurants...Furthermore, Enrique is always quick to respond and very helpful. I will highly recommend!

The apartment was great, it didn't lack a single detail. The full kitchen and all the appliances we needed. The rooms are very good and the sofa bed is super comfortable. And the terrace is a luxury for eating. Jose was attentive to us the whole time so that we didn't miss anything. I recommend it 100 per cent

We loved the fact that it was so close to a lovely promenade, had a couple of restaurants but the area was natural - not full of high rise buildings and souvenir shops. Delightful place to spend a few days.

He was always available. The house is impeccable and in a quiet area. We would definitely repeat. Valencia is very close and Sagunto is beautiful, especially the port. All the amenities you need are in this house 😊😊

Maria's place is in a great spot in town with access to everything you could want. The home itself is well appointed and feels very homey. Our family of 4 including 2 small children were very comfortable.

John himself is such a lovely man, more than helpful and super responsive any time of day. The apartment is spacious and equip with what's needed for a self catering stay. The complex is brilliant and perfect for families, secure and safe with paddle courts, play area and pool etc. Only downside for us was the location, we'd have preferred to be closer to shops, bars and touristy attractions. However these were only a bus ride away and John was brilliant in advising us. Although unable to read Spanish we had no idea supermarkets and shops were closed on Sundays unless you go to central Valencia where the really touristy parts are😅 Overall lovely host, reasonable apartment and complex. Perfect for a relaxing break away from the hustle and bustle of a busy/loud touristy area.

we stayed at Cristina's place which I can definitely say was amazing. She was a superb host with prompt communication. The place is still new, clean and very comfy. It's a couple of minutes walk to the beach from the flat and there are many restaurants and shops around. The balcony was fabulous where we had the chance to have a delicious dinner while enjoying sunset. Air condition was very good and 2 bathrooms were useful. The place also offers a safe lift if you have accessibility needs. Overall, we're happy that we chose this place and many thanks to Cristina for being an extraordinary host!

Beautiful place very clean and well decorated, a really comfortable bed. Very good for enjoying the beautiful beach, less good if you want to visit the city because it takes 40 minutes by bus and after 10:30 p.m. only the taxi remains. Overall it was perfect for calm and direct access to the beach. Rosana is very helpful and friendly. Valencia is splendid!!

It is on the 5th floor, there is an elevator in the building. We went by car, so we used the cool garage too! Beautifully furnished accommodation with a large terrace! The beach is visible from the terrace. In the bedroom, there is a large wardrobe for clothes with a rail. There are pots, cutlery, etc. in the kitchen. Recommend!

We are very grateful to Elena for her accommodation, everything is very clean, comfortable, with love, very comfortable beds, gorgeous views, you can go up to the roof of the house on the 12th floor to take gorgeous photos, very clean beach, and clean water in the sea, this is a heavenly place, now Elena and Ignacio her husband are our friends, if you go on vacation then only to them, there is a bus to Valencia to go on an excursion, I definitely recommend the restaurant on the promenade *Jesus Lord*there is delicious poetry, in general everything was gorgeous, I highly recommend Elena's apartment, there is everything for a comfortable stay, we are very grateful that Elena's husband brought us to the airport, we love you and see you soon.

It's been a magical weekend!! The loft is perfect for disconnecting. It is located in an uncrowded area, ideal for going to the beach, walking, etc. Angeles treated me exceptionally! I'll definitely repeat!!

Lovely apartment that is close to the beach and numerous restaurants. The apartment contains everything you need, even a parasol :). Only the walls are a little clairvoyant, which did not bother us further. Jorge and Tamara were also super friendly & very helpful!!

Very nice house in a quiet neighborhood. Few minutes walk to a beach - combination of sand and stones. The house has everything you need for a vacation. Kitchen is well equipped, with a nice welcome package. AC is working on both floors. We nejoyed our family vacation.
