It has everything that large cottages have. Entering the cottage will enchant you with the scent of spruce, while you will find it hard to resist the view that opens a new dimension of the forest.

Apartma Zemljanka - Earth House

With a tiring life-rhythm, constant worries, always new burdens and obligations, there is always a need to find time for REST and RELAXATION. Outside the city's hustle and bustle, in the middle of a beautiful landscape in Razkrižje, there is a modern EARTH- / HOBIT HOUSE, that impresses every guest. It is entirely built of natural materials (CLAY, WOOD, ...). Love for creativity and nature can be felt at every step. The evidences are handcrafted "masterpieces" in the earth and around it.

"Max" in the wellness oasis with sauna/hot tub

In the feel-good oasis on Trausdorfberg, you can feel comfortable and recharge in the 100-year-old buildings of our farm - on the hills between Graz and Vulkanland! The Presshaus - pure luxury with wellness area in the vineyard. The carefully renovated, tastefully decorated press house evokes memories of the origins of Styrian wine production. Two to six people find their space to relax on 110 m2 of living space, the modern and tasteful ambience offers a unique backdrop. The special feature is the wellness area - panoramic sauna and heated wine barrel directly in the vineyard, infrared cabin and relaxation area.

The Cottage under the Cretan

This special place has a unique style. The cottage under the shell has wooden structures, clay and lime plasters. Its walls are of straw and represent good thermal insulation. This natural construction allows all who step under its deck to relive the magical past of Prekmurje and approach the traditions that have been preserved over the centuries. The cottage is located on the bank in the village of Ropoča, in the Municipality of Rogašovci.
