Casa Cecilia - A bright and quiet apartment in the heart of Venice

Recently renovated, enhancing natural light and ceiling beams. Characterized by a modern style and enriched with details, it will amaze you with its brightness enhanced by intense brushstrokes of color. The apartment complies with Airbnb's guidelines for thorough cleaning and sanitization to make your stay more enjoyable and safe. The apartment is on the second and top floor. The apartment is illuminated by 5 windows overlooking the rooftops of Venice and gardens below. Heating and air conditioning are independent and can be modified to your liking. The kitchen has a microwave and tea and coffee corner. The living room has a sofa (which turns into a 140x180 bed if necessary) and a TV. Another TV is in the master bedroom. There is an internet connection. The entire apartment is at your disposal. We will be available throughout your stay. Cannaregio is one of the liveliest neighborhoods in Venice. You can find restaurants open late and enjoy typical Venetian dishes, or you can have a spritz or coffee at the outdoor bar warmed by the sun. We suggest taking advantage of the tranquility of the area to take a romantic moonlit stroll to admire a different Venice. Walking along Strada Nuova in just 20 minutes you will find yourself in the Rialto/San Marco area. Public transport stops are just 2 or 5 minutes away depending on the destination.

Recently-restored AIR-CONDITIONED bright apt with gorgeous wooden beams in the middle of charming Cannaregio district. You will find all modern amenities, sapiently mixed with a Venetian flavor. Perfect location, 10-min walking distance from the train station, few steps away from public boat transport, local restaurants (not tourist traps) and bars. IMP: the apt is on the top (4th floor, great view and no mold) of a building WITHOUT ELEVATOR. Extra fee for check-ins after 8 pm (see below)

Overall, we absolutely loved our stay at Christian’s place. The apartment is about a thirty minute walk to the farthest points in Venice. The apartment was super clean and organized. The only thing I will add is the apartment is a bit smaller than what it looks like in the pictures. Absolutely recommend though. It was perfect for us.

Valentina was a great host. Not only she gave lots of valuable tips as well the place was beautiful, it’s just amazing. Very well located, just a few minutes from the train station as well of several landmarks, such as Rialto Bridge, the place itself is by the canal, you can see it from the window, all the amenities you might need, hair dryer, shampoo, body soap, hair cream. The bed was amazing, the pillows looked like I was in the clouds. By far the best AirBNB I stayed. The place was ready even before the check-in time (might be lucky, don’t count on that but it happened for us and it was amazing). Thanks for hosting us, it was incredible and of if I ever come back to Venice, I hope this place is available at the time.
