O anfitrião Simone é uma pessoa espetacular, extremamente cuidadoso, atencioso e gentil. Como meu voo chegou de madrugada ele foi me buscar sem que eu pedisse. Antes da minha chegada pedi indicações de lugares para visitar e ele me passou um roteiro fantástico. Além disso minha reserva venceria um dia depois da minha saída e ele também sem que eu solicitasse alterou para que eu tivesse o reembolso. O apartamento é extremamente bem localizado, com tudo novo e limpo, exatamente como descrito no anúncio. A cidade de Olbia possui uma localização estratégica para visitar várias praias da região. Super recomendo esta viagem.

Tolle, sehr saubere Wohnung und ideal für 2 Familien. Absolut Schalldicht, sodass jeder eigene Privatsphäre hat. Gegend ist schön, der Strand ist schön und auch die Strände in der Nähe sehr gut mit Auto zu erreichen. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Waren für 8 Nächte , 2 Familien mit 2 Babys und 2 Kleinkindern hier.

Unser Aufenthalt in Pittulongu war super toll, Leonardo ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend! Die Umgebung ist sehr schön, alles in der Nähe und besonders die 3 Strände in Wohnungsnähe sind super! Sehr empfehlenswert.

Rosario was so so lovely and really helpful, one of the most hospitable hosts we've come across! The place is very close walk to pizzerias and the best beaches near Olbia. We would highly recommend the Airbnb. Fully equipped and has everything you might need!

Abbiamo passato una settimana a Porto Rotondo e scegliere questa zona è stata davvero una bella idea. Il posto è stupendo, vicino al supermercato, al porto e a ristorantini carini. Anche la spiaggia si può raggiungere a piedi. L’appartamento era in ordine, molto pulito. Federica è stata sempre gentilissima! Ci ha dato una mano a trovare un’escursione per La Maddalena ed è stata sempre disponibile con tutto. Torneremo sicuramente l’anno prossimo!

La casa impecable y Raffaela un encanto. Muy recomendable! Muy bien ubicada para poder cenar por Palau sin tener que sacar el auto.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce logement très propre, décoré avec goût et parfaitement préparé. À notre arrivée, de nombreuses attentions nous attendaient : boissons fraîches, eau, café, délicieux petits gâteaux, et tout le nécessaire dans la salle de bain (serviettes, gel douche, shampooing, coton, brosses à dents jetables). L’endroit est idéal pour ceux qui recherchent la tranquillité : on a vraiment eu l’impression d’être seuls au monde, sans être isolés pour autant. La terrasse à l’avant, ombragée le soir, avec ses petits bancs en pierre et le barbecue, est parfaite pour les repas. De l’autre côté, la petite terrasse intime, sans aucun vis-à-vis, offre une superbe vue sur les collines verdoyantes et un magnifique coucher de soleil. On peut aussi y dîner en toute tranquillité. Des plages magnifiques à 20 minutes en voiture. L’hôte mérite largement ses cinq étoiles : tout est pensé avec soin, il est disponible, réactif et très attentionné.

Had a great stay. Place has a terrific cozy and comfortable feel to it. With great inside and outside areas. Nicoletta was very responsive and gave us some great recommendations on restaurants and beaches and other places outside of Porto Cervo to visit. Overall very satisfied with our stay.

We loved staying at Maria’s place and felt immediately at home on arrival. She made sure we were settled in and had everything we needed. The flat is roomy enough for a holiday and as we like to self cater, having a kitchen with cooking utensils and white goods was great. The bedroom is large and comfortable with air conditioning which was appreciated! The walk-in wardrobe an added bonus. The courtyard is lovely and we ate outside most of the time. There is also a good sized BBQ. The storage cupboard outside is full of beach equipment such as parasols, snorkelling gear and inflatables. Much more than would normally be expected. A well stocked and good value supermarket is a five minute walk away was a life saver. And Enzo’s, a deli/cafe is across the road, where we ate delicious Sardinian food. It’s 20 min walk (or bus) to the centre/transport hub with buses to beaches. A car would be useful for travelling further out. Would definitely revisit Maria’s and recommend to anyone.

Siamo stati davvero benissimo, Francesco e sua moglie sono sempre stati disponibili in tutto, anche prima del nostro arrivo si sono adoperati per farci avere tutte le info sulle visite con le guide. La casa è in una posizione fantastica, proprio a 2 passi dal centro, pulitissima e con tutto l’occorrente. torneremo sicuramente !

logement recommandé par la plate-forme et pas de déception pour notre séjour en Sardaigne. Frederica est très réactive et le logement en lui même comprend tout ce que l'on peut avoir besoin pour un séjour.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung liegt in einer wunderschönen Gegend. Die Ausstattung war super. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Wir fanden es sehr schön, dass zahlreiche Spiele für die Kinder vorhanden waren. So kam auch an Regentagen keine Langeweile auf.

Alles super, schöner Wintergarten und Terrasse, Tennisanlage und Pool waren auch perfekt. Tennisschläger und Tennisbälle gab es auch in der Wohnung. Mit dem Anwohnerparkschein, der bereitgestellt wurde, konnten wir uns Geld beim Parken an den Stränden sparen. Als die Klimaanlage und der Ofen zeitgleich an waren, ist die Hauptsicherung rausgeflogen. Uns wurde aber schnell geholfen, wo der Schalter zu finden ist. Der wlan Router hatte einmal kein Internet, auf Nachfrage hat Antonella den Provider kontaktiert und das Problem war in 5 Minuten behoben. Somit 5/5 Sterne für alles.

We had a wonderful 5 days in Agostina’s apartment . We swam daily in the beautiful clear waters of the sea just behind . We swam from the rocks . Lovely walking in the forests of the mountains near Vallacciola. Visited lots of the prehistoric Nuraghe and Other historic sights such as Castelsardo . Many thanks . Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft super wohl gefühlt und hatten eine tolle Zeit. Es fehlte an nichts. Fabio antwortet schnell und ist sehr hilfsbereit. Vorgarten und Garten sind eingezäunt. Der Strand in der Nähe der Unterkunft ist superschön, ruhig und auch geeignet für Kleinkinder. Unser Sohn hat es geliebt, mit dem kostenlosen Shuttle dort hinunter zu fahren - ein echtes Highlight für Kinder. Im Restaurant der Anlage können Croissants, Kaffee und Getränke morgens gekauft werden. Es gibt auch ein paar herzhafte Snacks. Pizza, Pasta etc. sind dann mittags und abends ab 18 Uhr verfügbar. Das Restaurant hat einen Tag nach unserer Ankunft allerdings komplett geschlossen. Dann ist man auf ein Auto angewiesen, was wir aber wussten und okay für uns war. In Murta Maria gibt es aber weitere Restaurants (mit dem Auto in 6 Minuten erreichbar) und auch einen Supermarkt etc. Den Pool haben wir nicht genutzt, grundsätzlich aber auch ein nettes Angebot - für Kleinkinder eher ungeeignet.

Gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit Waschmaschine und sogar Staubsauger. Die Anlage ist nicht sehr hübsch anzusehen, aber die wohnung innen ist toll! Sehr schön gestaltet und super sauber. Man braucht aber auf jeden Fall ein Auto, um die Gegend zu erkunden. Der nächste Strand ist aber mit dem Auto wenige Minuten entfernt.

Wir haben einen fantastischen ersten Urlaub auf Sardinien gehabt, nicht zuletzt auch aufgrund der strategisch super gelegenenen und wirklich süßen Wohnung von Paola. Die Wohnung ist mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet, war sehr sauber und genütlich, sodas wir uns auf Anhieb wohl fühlten. Das Bett war sehr bequem und das Badezimmer schön groß. Wir vermissen es jetzt schon morgens auf dem Balkon mit Blick aufs Meer zu frühstücken. 😍 Paola ist sehr freundlich und hat uns bei Fragen immer schnell geholfen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Der Aufenthalt und das Appartement waren sehr schön. Der Blick von dem Balkon auf das Meer und Korsika wunderschön. Die Lage des Appartement ist sehr gut. Der nächste Strand ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Capo Testa ist auch zu Fuß in 15 oder mit dem Auto in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Santa Teresa ist zum bummeln, einkaufen oder essen gehen in 15 Minuten zu erreichen. Vielen Dank an Antonella und Claudia. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen.

Good location and accomodation. Great to have new pots and pans, usually these are scratched beyond useable. The bedsheets might need some upgrade, then it would be perfect.

super logement, vu imprenable ! plage et piscine à 20 m , restaurants bateaux, épicerie très proche à pied ! et super glacier sur le port réservez deux semaines une c'est trop court pour bien visiter les belles plages et villages aux alentours je recommande vivement

Wir haben mit unseren Söhnen (4 + 5 Jahre) eine wunderschöne Woche bei Ilaria verbracht😊 Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und sehr ruhig. Ilaria war extrem hilfsbereit und immer schnell/sehr gut zu erreichen. Unser absolutes Highlight waren die Abendessen auf der Terrasse/Balkon mit herrlicher Aussicht. Das Highlight unserer Söhne war der wunderschöne Pool.

Our stay was fantastic! We were greeted by Marco, who has shown us the territory and property, and was very welcoming and polite, answered all my questions and supported us during the stay. Check-in/check-out were smooth. Territory is absolutely stunning. It was the beginning of the season, not much people there, so it was really quiet. We enjoyed it. Parking is close and convenient. Apartment is spotless clean with a huge beautiful terrace. We have spent most of our time there. Kitchen is very well-equipped. I am cooking a lot, so I have appreciated like-new kitchen utensils, big and clean fridge. There were greeting gifts upon our arrival, that was a pleasant surprise. Comfortable beds and pillows, as well as a crib for a baby and a warm blanket, in case of need. Bedding smelled nicely. There were plenty of towels and even some stuff for a beach. Sea was 5-7 min walk, beach was nice, in June water was chilly, but for kids it was not a problem. We would certainly come back!!!
